We ate a few blocks away, but before leaving the area, we returned for dessert to try this cake. The cool coffee shop was very airy and green, with lots of seating, both indoors and out. It wasn't busy when we were there, so I ordered a slice to share with my two littles, who devoured it! I guess I should have ordered two! It was light and airy, with a smooth, rich brownie bottom layer. The cake was flavorful and light, in the best way. I could have lingered longer here with a coffee as well, but with two antsy littles in tow, I wouldn't have enjoyed my coffee much, but the cake hit the spot. If you find yourself at LX Factory, definitely get the cake! I don't really have a sweet tooth, nor love desserts that much, but this cake was great and not too sweet. It's not worth a special trip for, but definitely don't skip if you're at LX Factory and craving a sweet treat. I don't think it's the best in the world, but yeah, it's good!
