Although there is ample seating for the size of this store, the ample line of people waiting to get in from the outside might make getting a seat difficult nonetheless. I do like the regular lattes here but let's face it, any beverage you get here is really meant to be a sidekick to the main star of the show, Landeau's famous chocolate cake. And it is indeed, the best slice of chocolate cake you'll ever have, and that is not hyperbole. Layered and textured, but pillowy and light, it's really difficult to describe what a beautiful heavenly experience eating a chocolate cake at Landeau is. It's like treating your mouth to the most sumptuous and comforting experience it's ever going to have when eating something and you never want to end. I could have lingered longer here with a coffee as well, but with two antsy littles in tow, I wouldn't have enjoyed my coffee much, but the cake hit the spot.
