The store is now cleaner and tidier; the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. In December, I took a beloved pair of boots to get the zipper AND the heel redone during a busy time, and the staff were apologetic about the wait, and made sure to communicate to me that it would take a longer time to complete before I agreed to the repair. The boots were returned to me (earlier than expected!), good as new (better than new, actually, as I liked that the new heels were Vibrams with grip), by a cheerful girl at the counter. The price came out to around $100, which was communicated to me at the onset, and that was the price that I paid. I have since dropped my SW for more repairs; I think I might have finally found someone to trust with my Loubs next time!
