I called him because I live in Novi, my car is down, and I need a ride to Henry Ford hospital Thursday morning. I called him to find out if he could do it, and he told me that he doesn't make local runs. If he doesn't do local runs, then he should not say that he's a Novi/Bloomfield cab or taxi service. That would be false advertising. I regard that as unprofessional. If he no longer does local runs, then he should state that he does not do local runs.

Will was up for the drive and provided us with an excellent experience. His vehicles are clean, comfortable and well maintained. I am a person who gets car sick easily and found his driving to be excellent and safe at all times. We've used him for an airport pickup as well and he was on time, assisted with luggage, and communicated perfectly before and on the day of pickup.
