Genrose Insurance, and Brian Weaver completely dropped the ball. There was no communication between them and the new company, no notice to us (per my wife), and as a result the policy went to collections--dropping my credit score by 50 points. To make matters worse, Brian never bothered to call or follow up, even though both my wife and I have 35+ years in the mortgage industry and have referred plenty of business to their office. Apparently, our business and referrals weren't important enough to warrant a simple phone call. I reached out and he didn't respond to me for over a month. Unprofessional, careless, and in my opinion, bad business. We will no longer refer clients here and will be taking our business elsewhere.
