I needed to speak to my dentist but they are closed all weekend. I had fillings done on Thursday and have had pain all weekend.Can not chew anything.How do I reach someone about this problem? read more

I was failed to be told about a billing issue, before I could be seen. then money for images. I have swelling in my jaw. none of the staff seemed to care. said I could go get money. then got a call and said X-ray machines were down and I would have to reschedule. will never go to Stonecreek dental again. read more

Don't go here for braces they are in office once a month so if you have a problem so so hard to reach !

Very impressed with my recent visit to Stonecreek Dental Care. I was a patient years ago but moved away for a couple years and came back. They welcomed me back with open arms and got me in for an appointment extremely fast. The office ladies doing the scheduling made it all a breeze with the paperwork and insurance. Polite and friendly are understatements for describing the staff's demeanor. Everyone I spoke to from the assistants to the technician Cassie, Dr Gupta, were very informative, helpful, and caring of mine and other's needs. Cassie made sure her assistants were learning at every step of the way, which I thought was exceptional. If I were in the dental field I would want someone like Cassie showing me the ropes. This place is an absolute dumpster fire!!! Our entire household have been patients at Stonecreek for probably around 10 years. In that span, we've seen countless dentists. This place is a revolving door. Their orthodontics practice is even worse. My kids have had no less than 5 different orthodontists at Stonecreek in their time in braces. Each new orthodontist has a different idea of how to proceed, so each one starts a new treatment plan. Their billing has also been atrocious. We've been refunded for overpayment on my son's braces and then rebilled MUCH later (like after his braces were already off) saying we owed what they refunded. This place is an absolute train wreck. ​As soon as my daughter's braces are off we will be finding another dentist! read more

The dentists and staff are amazing. I was traumatized when I saw an Army dentist before leaving active duty. I literally didn't see a dentist for 8 years because of it. The Stonecreek dentists are the bomb. They give local anesthesia time to work and don't put you through a painful ordeal. I cannot imagine seeing a different dentist. The staff are also super friendly and just plain awesome. They actually remember you from cat to visit. read more

After being a customer of Stonecreek Dental in Chillicothe for almost 7 years, I've noticed in the last few years they have experienced a lot of turnover and downturns in service. But on my last visit I was treated so poorly that I will not be back. Two weeks prior Stonecreek contacted me by text and rescheduled my 6-month checkup. Instead of offering me a 4:00 time slot, they made it 3:30. I left work in Bainbridge as soon as school let out at 3:00, but with blowing snow and the cross-county drive in traffic, the drive took longer and I called Stonecreek at 3:30 to let them know I was on 23 north and would be there soon. They put me on hold where I stayed for 10 minutes until I pulled into the parking lot, so I ended the call and went in to wait to be checked in. After the wait to check in another patient, they took my name and then informed me that patients had to check in within 10 minutes of their appointment time or forfeit it. Not only was I there at 3:40, I explained this was the time they had fit me in because they had rescheduled my 4:00 appointment due to their own staff issues, and I had driven as fast as I could to get there and even called to say I was on the way but got put on hold and never got to speak to anyone. I asked that since the scheduling issue was caused by them and I had done the best I could with it, they needed to find a way to fit me in. The receptionist refused, when another staff member showed up. I explained it and the woman was VERY rude, saying "she" hadn't rescheduled my appointment when I said it was Stonecreek's decision to reschedule it when they did. When I continued to insist they find a way to accommodate me since it was their choice to fit me in when they did, she said "you need to leave." This rude episode follows three other instances of shoddy service: first, they lost the record of a prescription I had been written by their dentist who had quit and they refused to refill it without me scheduling another appointment; second, they scheduled my last checkup when no dentist was even on staff to see me; and lastly they tried to make me come back another day when I was already sitting in the chair waiting for a scheduled tooth repair. It's apparent they are only about the money and no longer about providing customer service or taking care of the customer, even a longstanding one who has tolerated their questionable service up to now. It is not surprising that they can't keep a dentist on staff anymore; something is very wrong with their management to treat a loyal customer that way. read more

Something appears to have happened with this office in the past couple of years. When I moved to the area, several people recommended Stonecreek for dental care. Unfortunately, when I tried to set up an appointment, I never got a call back. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, it was rescheduled at the last moment after I had already taken PTO and it was too late to go to work. This happened more than once. I did finally get seen. Multiple guilt trips were laid on me by the dentist; I was definitely aware that I had caused my issues due to neglect, but I arrived feeling nervous and it was not helpful having that rubbed in. The supporting staff were all very nice, but I did get the impression they were not long out of training and that the office is short-staffed. When I came for fillings, the dentist kept commenting about things they were doing wrong and mentioned more than once about the fillings not curing right. He also complained the entire time under his breath about having to do the fillings, interspersed with more comments about how I needed to do better. He noted another tooth that would also need to be filled and complained about someone missing it previously; he was the one who missed it previously. There was a lot of pain afterward for at least three days, partially due to the anesthetic being botched and having to be done twice so the many injection sites were painful. I had about one day without sensitivity or pain. Within a week, bits of filling started flaking off and immediately after this, my teeth became so sensitive that even putting toothpaste directly on some teeth is painful. I know that I will have to have a decent number of these fillings revised expensively. I also feel the area worked on most no longer feels stable to chew anything other than soft food. I will say that other people since then have asked me where they should go and when I recommended Stonecreek originally (before some of these experiences), they refused and said they already tried but they only found out their kids' appointments were cancelled when they arrived for their appointments. They need to do better. read more

My family has used Stonecreek for several years. Spent years getting quotes for dental work only to never have it be correct and magically we always owed more than the estimate. Recently they began requiring a questionnaire to be filled out with each visit, one of my kids had 2 appointments within a week of each other and they wanted it filled out again. My other child has braces and is now on her 3rd orthodontist. This place is overpriced and not worth your time or money. read more

Absolutely wonderful dental facility. Great staff. Great dentists. Dr. Little is the best!

I was pleased with my initial impression and my cleaning and X-rays went ok. I had been interested in getting Invisalign braces and set up the appointment and financing to get them. I got sick (the flu and a small stroke) and accidentally picked a day I was teaching bible school, so I had to cancel three times. When I cancelled I always cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. I got a call a few days before my next appointment and was told that the dentist no longer wanted to do the Invisalign treatment. I was shocked. I guess they make so much money there they don't need my money. I decided to never go back for any service they offer. They also told me they took my insurance then AFTER my treatments told me they were not in my network and I would have to pay a portion of the bill. This was a plan I paid extra for provided by the Veterans Administration so I would not have to pay for regular service. Very disappointed with the way they run their office and would not recommend anyone use them. read more
