a month ago I was introduced to Dr Colette Cseszko by my wife who is receiving treatment from an auto accident. She was generous to give me a free consultation, X-rays, and free session. She met with me and asked about my history of injuries and reviewed my X-rays and was able to come up with a treatment solution to my back and neck pain I have endured for years with no real help from any other doctor or chiropractor. I am now a wellness patient of Dr C and have a 12 month treatment plan for my neck and back pain. Also, she discovered my tailbone was bent 90 degrees which no other doctor has found. She already helped me realignment my tail bone and what a relief from stiffness and pain from that adjustment. Dr C is very intelligent, professional, competent, and caring. I recently was involved in an auto accident and experienced some lower back pain. Not knowing much about chiropractors I googled one near my residence. I just wanted relief from the pain but what I got was an education on how my spine works and a detailed analysis of exatcly what was ailling me. I have been going here for over two years now. I first started coming here because I had horrible neck pain due to car accidents and bad posture with working at a computer desk. Within less than a month my neck pain was gone but I had to continue to go because I wanted to fix my reversed cervical curve. Within a year it was already half way fixed, but you need to realize that this stuff takes time. She is definitely gentle but also aggressive when it comes to treating you and if I ever had another area in pain she would help me no matter what. This woman knows her stuff! I have been seeing the Doc now for 2 weeks and my quality of life has changed. After several accidents and at least as many chiropractors I have virtually no good discs left in my spine. It is so bad that the last Dr I saw unadjusted me 4 or 5 times and after no real results sent me to imaging. Once he saw the film he called me into his office and explained that he could no longer work on me. "Adjustments would be too risky". Yikes! I went on for several years until I met Dr Colette. At this point I was verbally complaining so many times a day about my pain that I didn't even hear myself anymore. I brought my images in and her staff explained a treatment plan. The Dr made some pretty lofty statements about my care and what she could do for me and I was skeptical for sure. After the first visit I knew things were different. She believes in total care. Everything was explained in a way that made sense. Treatment is a science not smoke and mirrors. I don't rotate from aotumated bed to bed and after that initial visit I slept through the night with no pain! I assumed it was a lucky coincidence and returned to discuss my success only to find out that by treating my spine she would also help my wheasing, sinusitus, shortness of breath and several ailments I thought unrelated! It's been 2 weeks and I must say I'm a true believer! I have repeatedly driven to work and gingerly gotten out of the car only to realize I HAVE NO PAIN! My poor damaged back is functioning like a healthy one and I honestly don't know how to act. As a bonus, because the inflammation in my neck is down my sinuses are clear and I no longer have to take meds to dry up before sleep. My wheasing is gone and I'm not constantly gasping for a breath. I am shocked and so happy. My story is long and I was not expecting much from treatment but I HAVE to say I'm a believer! I would recommend this office to anyone. I was desperate! After I had my son and started having bad coccyx/tailbone pain. I explained to Dr. C that I lived far and drove far to see her. Just for that specific adjustment. Also explaining to her that I have been getting shoved around be 3 other chiropractors that said they could help me but did not. I asked for her to be straight forward and honest with me. After driving really far for the appointments she finally decided to tell me that the adjustment takes 2 minutes and she could do it right away. Then she decided to finally tell me it was $1000 dollars to do a 2 minute adjustment and no insurance or payments. I walkout out in tears. My last hope was gone! :( if you check YouTube and articles from other chiropractors you will find this adjustment easy to do for yourself. read more

Good chiropractor, however, be careful. She will get you to sign up for a package, and then earn your trust. Than she will try and shove scientology down your throat until you choke on it. When you leave because you cant take the crazy scientology talk she tries to report it to the credit bureau's!! Stay away from this place! read more

I felt that my appointment was rushed and that she was in and out between myself and other patients constantly on the move. While I did feel much better afterwards, it was a little awkward during the visit. I had to take my shirt off and lay on the table, so I closed the blinds overlooking the parking lot, the assistant came in and kept reopening them lol not a bad experience, and the groupon offers are certainly helpful but I feel that there are better places in the area. read more

Following my previous experience/review, I was contacted directly by the Dr. She was very interested in what happened, and quickly took steps to address the issues. Now the office has an answering service, which forwards messages to staff immediately when needed. Plus, changes were made at the front desk and Reception is much more attentive. I feel this testifies to the Dr.'s concern for patients' comfort... Now when I go in, the atmosphere reflects an attitude of fun and personal treatment. I was lucky to find Dr. C by attending a very informative trigger point class with a friend who was a current patient. After knowing how much she helped my friend, I was very open to speaking further with Dr. C. I have pretty rare neurological problems so am overly cautious about who I allow to treat me. Her initial evaluation was incredibly thorough and she took a lot of time going over all of her findings and plan to help improve my problems.
