She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out. I used Les Bois Limousine for my 30th birthday party, and it was so above and beyond my expectations in every way. Chris was an absolute delight to work with, and honestly a lot of fun to have along for the ride. He was very thorough and prompt in communication and SO accommodating. First off, I did a bit of research on limo companies in the area, and this one had nothing but glowing reviews and the price was the best for the duration we'd be using it. The morning of my party, I got a call from Chris saying there was a potential mechanical problem in the limo we were supposed to take. But before I could panic, he let me know he was upgrading us to the nicer, larger limo, at no extra cost. Obviously this isn't something anyone should expect, but it was so nice that not only did he make it right, he went so far above and beyond. And it was fun to get to invite a few extra last minute guests! We decided to do winery tours around the snake river valley and it was absolutely the best day. Chris provided us with a giant bottle of champagne for the ride. Which paired nicely with the other 10 or 11 bottles we had he allowed us to bring snacks in the limo, and provided ice and glasses, and allowed us to hook up our own music, which we probably annoyingly took advantage of. Admittedly we were a rowdy bunch and I'm sure we were a lot to herd from place to place and Chris was so patient, and encouraged the party along the whole way. We ended up having so much fun we decided to pay for another hour, which he was so flexible and willing to do. Then they replied, "we have reservations pre-booked up to 90 days. Appreciate your understanding as holiday as busiest time of year. Merry Christmas" So I am interpreting that to mean they think trying to contact them a full week in advance was last-minute notice, and rather than just respond accordingly at the time, or in the last 2 days, they blew me off and basically said we're too busy and don't care to even reply (unless maybe they feel bugged into replying?) Good for those people who know they're flying 90 days in advance and know the specifics enough to call that far in advance lol I gave an extra star in recognition that I could be misinterpreting their responses. That can certainly happen, especially via text messages. Regardless I wish them the best!!! The Boise area has NEEDED a specifically airport shuttle, so I am rooting for them!
