It had the perfect balance of sweetness without being overpowering, and it masked the alcohol so well that it was dangerously smooth. For my entrée, I ordered the Churrasco a la Parrilla, which came with fries, white rice, and a salad. The steak was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor--I could literally cut it with a butter knife. For dessert, I had the leche asada, which was similar to flan and served with whipped cream and fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to end the meal.
