Normally, I would give these guys five stars. But the second to last bag of tobacco that we got was…read moreextremely dry. So I went in yesterday and picked up another bag and told the young men that it felt dry through the bag, as it was crunching when I squeezed it. A previous time. When I had gone in, another employee told me that they kept more bags in the back near the humidifier, and it kept them more moist. I asked this young man yesterday if he could go in the back and look, and he guaranteed me. It would be of the same quality and that this bag was fresh and moist. I asked him if he could go check please, and instead he routed through the bags upfront to demonstrate to me what a dry bag felt like. Well, I just open the bag of the "fresh and moist" tobacco, and it is very dry and difficult to roll. When I called him just now, he said there was no recourse now that the bag is opened. So I just wasted $46 on tobacco and a box of tubes. Very disappointed and quite frankly quite upset.

They have a little humidor towards the back where their nicer cigars are stored. I've yet to see anyone inside there, so I'm not sure if it's publicly accessible or if you need the assistance of the shopkeep to go in there. The store itself has weird hours- they open later & close earlier than other stores of their kind. The prices are middle of the road. The customer service is that of a family-owned gas station; they're polite but don't go over the top to provide a memorable customer experience. My favorite reason for going in there? Their $2 cigar boxes! They have a pile of empty cigar boxes stacked near the door, & you can pick from an assortment of styles from traditional cardboard box to unique wooden boxes with hinges & lids, all for $2 each. I've bought several, and use them for all sorts of things, particularly for small item storage.

The majority or the staff often greats you with a friendly smile and a welcoming "hello." Yet today I was sold a DEFECTIVE vape and when I wanted to return it 1 hour after it was purchased, they refused to let me return it because I put juice in it. But you could not have known it was broken until juice was put into the pod. They offered a discount on a new pod but refused to return the broken vape I was sold.
