Pretty unfortunate, I was starting to like this place until that no teeth having doorman disrespected my wife and then got hostile with me for respectfully sticking up for her. Maybe as a respected establishment you should reconsider who you allow to be the face of it. There was no need for this man child to be as aggressive as he was. This situation was handled very poorly due to what seemed to be ego, poor pay, and just a complete disaster of a life. Do better You should ask your employees to provide more detail. We had a photo as the dmv confiscates the old one as they do with everyone. My wife was simply coming to watch us play pool. She had no plans to drink as she had just came from drinking with her friends ( mind you she had the same form of id there) but not the point as she wasn't even going to be consuming alcohol in your establishment. read more

The table was in poor condition. There were folds in the felt in the corners the had a dramatic effect on the motion of the balls. The ball return mechanism was broken and the balls would not return to the chute. The manager had to disassemble the as I was paying for it so that he could retrieve the stuck balls including one that was there before me. I suppose it might be a good place to eat or drink but there are MUCH better places (read my reviews) if you actually want to play pool. read more

It was my first time going here and my last. I went with my girlfriend to try out a new place to play pool. When we got there we immediately felt out of place but tried to give it a chance and walk around. We had to go to the bar to figure out how to get a table and the male bar tender was completely rude to us. We walked out right after because he made us feel completely unwelcome. read more

Overall it's not too bad, and the prices are pretty good. The beer selection is decent, they have pitchers, and the mixed drinks seem to be generally strong. Haven't tried the food...not sure I plan on it. The crowd is an odd mix, but I suppose that's just a result of the location/town. Bathroom (men's at least) is one of the dirtiest and most dilapidated I've ever seen anywhere. The music is all over the place, mostly metal last time I was there, with Christina Aguilera mixed in for good measure, ha. That's the crowd again for you though. My favorite night out! This place is fantastic, hands down one of the most fun places to go in Manchester. The staff is always sweet and funny. They have great groupons for 4 people if not it's six bucks a person for all you can play. It's usually very busy but they have plenty of tables. The drinks at the bar are also great and they have some really tasty snacks as well. So far we have tried the mozzarella sticks and their steak cut French fries. $5 pool for all night, friendly staff, passable food, and a bit of a beer selection. They occasionally have 2 for 1 shot deals at a great price (tuesdays I think). The pool tables range from good to okay, but they try to keep them maintained. The sticks also range in quality, but there are usually plenty, so you can find a good one with time. As an added bonus you might even get to see a fight, or catch some perv putting a hole between the mens and women's bathroom. A few years back I was coming here once a week with my co-workers, but I've moved; so I do apologize in advance for my review being 2 years late. Last time I was there, they had ripped all the good speakers out, so the juke box was weak, I hope they've repaired that. I love playing pool but why does it feel like all pool halls in the area play heavy metal music and attract mostly men? So can't be mad at just this place, maybe it's just the norm in greater Hartford area. Specifically, they have a juke box to select music and when I selected a song it didn't even play the entire time I was there, which was a bummer. The environment just doesn't feel very welcoming - like it's just for the "usuals" or for mostly men, there's no guidance on how to get a table (you get the balls from the bartender to the far right corner of the pool hall if there is an open table) and the place just feels awkward because of the ambiance. First time here.. Great fun! A lot of pool tables. If you don't get here early enough though you'll be stuck waiting.. Rumor has it get here late enough you won't be playing. Fully stocked bar with good beer selection. We ordered wings. They were hot. Big. Juicy and overall delicious. Gone in 30seconds. Went on a quiet week night. There were only a few tables taken, so we had no problem getting started right away. The tables all looked beautiful and were in good shape. The bartender was friendly and helpful. We played horribly, but really had fun. It was nice having a place to play pool that was dedicated to the game, and not just at a table that a bar happened to own. read more

There's not a whole lot to say here, other than it is a good pool hall, with a huge selection of bottled beers and a fair selection of beers on tap. The pool is $6 per person all night long, which is insanely good, and the beers are all very reasonably priced too. They have a few televisions around the place, there's a gazillion tables, so you don't have to wait, practically ever. It's not the nicest place in the world, but it is a pool hall after all. A little grungy but the price was right. And we were looking for a pool hall near TGIF's in Manchester and this was real close. Went around 10 on a Sat night and only had to wait 30-40 minutes. Had a good time despite the atmosphere. read more

I live in Manchester and would rather drive 20 minutes and go to Big Shots in East Windsor. It's the same price to play pool and they have way more tables. The drinks are better and so is the food. read more
