I wouldn't NOT agree to him finishing the extra work done not in contract as I would not pay him more. THE KICKER- I counter offered Shannon's original list of work and pricing for $800 LESS than he proposed just for products/supplies. This work was being done for a company and all products could be purchased at our cost. Shannon agreed verbally and in a message format to the counter offer. He then send the ORIGINAL proposal he gave me to the property owner vs the NEW agreement which he acknowledged in writing and in person. When I pointed this out at time of payment his response was the home owner shouldn't have signed the old contract- we we're screwed out of $800. This is morally unsound. THEN Shannon said he didn't know he was being paid with a credit card when he was told that more than 3 times in person he needed check or cash. Horrible communicator, didn't follow contract, morally unsound and lacking ability to follow instructions. I would not recommend this company.
