Sandpoint Chiropractic clinic is everything I was missing at the old place. First things first, they're affordable!!! Next they're super friendly and don't try to force anything on you that you don't want or don't believe in. This is the first time I've had a chiropractor apply heat prior to an adjustment which works so well and really makes a difference. All other chiropractors I've seen always say come twice a week as if we're made of money. This one always says come when you feel like you need it again. Bottom line, they're good at what they do, affordable and don't shove anything down your throat. Sorry to the Vet who had the issue with the massage services. I've never visited for that, only chiropractic care.

She saw someone else in town who literally made her cry in pain and talking her into seeing another one or ever going again was difficult. Thank goodness for this place because they were so gentle with her body and have given her major relief since she does gymnastics and often needs adjustments. He's helped her tight neck and sprained ankles. I can always get in and out quickly and efficiently and often times am done before my appointment time if I arrive early. I really love being able to text or call and get in last minute - especially following the frequent trips I take. He never forces anything to move and I always leave in less pain than I started. These are just good people and the kind you want to support. I'd recommend them through and through! I was prescribed physical therapy and wanted to start as soon as possible... I should have taken…read morethe fact that Action Point had multiple appointments available within a few days. During my first appointment, I had high hopes, received a massage and went on my way.. I could not stand up by the end of the night. I was in so much pain! I figured it was supposed to be that way and continued going. They only tried to ease the symptoms and not to heal the root cause of my pain. They would start late on me (and not just a few minutes) the longest I waited for after my time was 15 minutes and then they stuck me in their dance room with a mirror and used a massage gun on me the whole time, the owner telling me, they overbooked.. Not only did they start late most of the time but would release me early from the appointment. This happened time and time again. I am disappointed in myself for going back. I know they took advantage of me and it is so disheartening... I ended up going to the YMCAs physical therapy.
