As a therapist myself, I can confidently say I had one of the strongest phobias I have yet to see. Everytime I ate, anytime I left the house, interacting with others; every aspect of my life revolved around this phobia even through exposure therapy and to be honest, I was ready to give up and accept the fact that this is how I was going to live. That was until I started working with Sky. I will never understand how, but Sky was the only person throughout my entire life who was able to help me with my phobia. I can now live and breath without the fears screaming in my head. I could not recommend her enough.

Highly recommend to others considering coaching and EFT!

I went first for anxiety around school, and then he's always been a ground and a rock for whatever there was to work on. We've worked through relationship things, work things, trauma things. I haven't had other therapy so I don't have much comparison, but I do really appreciate that it is unlike anything I see on TV. I don't feel analyzed, judged, given suggestions of what is going on for me. I feel he is radically present and gentle, and allows for me to make my own discoveries. To learn something and have it feel true feels wildly more authentic and empowering than being told something. Like an extremely attentive and patient presence that's hard to find anywhere else, especially within myself. A session doesn't feel overly soft nor hard, and I usually leave feeling much more alive and grounded. And while I'm not given all the answers, he does give really practical strategies, perspectives and suggestions. I am very grateful for that. David always has made himself very available. He really acts out of a spirit of service and I think it's amazing all that he offers. He's super experienced, intelligent, thoughtful and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend working with him.

He is first and foremost a therapist that has helped me through an extremely trying time in my life. He pays attention to details, picks up on themes and processes what he's heard in the moment (and for next time). He's great at staying objective, while giving me key insights to understand what I'm going through. He's great at knowing when to be direct and when to let me find my own truths. His style of outdoor therapy is highly effective, while still feeling casual. I get the time and emotional space I need... with the benefit of getting some outdoor time & exercise (we make a full loop of Lake Merritt). It's pretty amazing, because I feel like I'm spending time with a friend or companion that truly listens. Which then allows me to be more emotionally authentic with people in my everyday life. It's a surprisingly practical way of becoming comfortable with expressing what I am genuinely feeling. I don't see my therapists office as my "safe space", I see my everyday life as my "safe space". Innot only come to my epiphanies, but start integrating them into my life in that moment. I highly recommend Daniel for any age group. He has extensive experience with children, youth and upwards (I am a 36 yr old male). He's an exceedingly safe person that gets people to open up quickly and comfortably.

Todd helped us identify our patterns, reconnect, and build a foundation of love and support that helped us navigate our differences better. We had tried out two other therapists before Todd that weren't a great fit. They mainly just listened, said they "heard us", and asked us questions. Todd, on the other hand, is much more effective. He guided us in practicing connection during each session, he gave us exercises to do during the week, and he helped both of us practice better calming and communication methods. I really liked how he balanced being proactive and also listened and truly understood where we both were coming from. After a year of therapy, we feel like we're in a good place so we're ending our time with him.
