The negatives that impacted the experience: - There's only a curtain separating each massage table so you can hear everything - everything as in the person beside you breathing in and out, and grunts of natural noises a person might make, what the massage person and client are saying to each other, which means it's vice versa. - The bathroom must be very close to the rooms as I must have heard the toilet flush at least 7 times during my visit and hear the door open, close, could hear toilet seat covers being teared off too. If it wasn't a massage where you senses are heightened due to having your head down and eyes closed, these sounds might not have bothered me, but they were interruptions that got in the way of me completely relaxing. I would have loved to go back because the massage itself was very good, but I don't want to deal with the negatives mentioned above again.

(For this I would like a full reimbursement for the message to cover some of what the pants cost) When she had me on my stomach she pulled down my pants and my undergarments and it was really uncomfortable for me. I asked her before hand if she wanted all clothes removed - she just motioned to my shirt. Then proceeded to pull my pants down when I was in the table face down. Not okay. She also was very sloppy in her technique - again so much lotion. Then she would touch my spine frequently which is not okay in any sense. Multiple times - hence the not trained. She also at one point crawled up on me put her knees on my back thighs and arched my back up towards her by pulling my arms back! How is this relaxing? It was painful and not what anyone would have expected. These are some of the reasons I gave the score I did.

When I was taken into my room, I noticed out of the corner of my eye that the walls were 3/4 height and did not reach the ceiling. I didn't think much of it at the time... ... and then the man receiving a massage in the adjacent room wouldn't stop loudly moaning. That's not incredibly relaxing... but, luckily about 20 min into my massage his service ended and the environment became quiet. ... and then a man entered the adjacent room speaking on his cell phone... and his cell phone rang every 5-10 minutes, and oh yes did he answer it-- on speaker! I learned far more than I needed about his future flight schedule.... For the next hour. With 3/4 walls, I would hope that staff would be more assertive to enforce a quiet environment. I rarely have a moment to spare to pamper myself with something like a massage, so it was very disappointing to leave more tense than how I arrived. The massage itself wasn't bad, but between the miserable parking and the unpredictable environment, I could never return.

This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

I visit Wendy on a regular basis and each massage session is a wonderful experience... I feel rejuvenated after every one!
