After suffering with so much pain I remember sitting in my car just crying out to God on what to do and he directed me back to Dr Valdez. I called the same day and explained what was going on with me and the front desk got me in the next day. I was told my new insurance would be ok to see Dr Valdez again. I went in the next day and Dr Valdez listened and answered all my questions. I made the decision to get a hysterectomy and she was just wonderful through it all. I felt as I made the best decision going back to Dr Valdez and My husband felt the same. When you're going through this as a women it's never easy and our emotions are all over the place but having Dr Valdez as my Dr made me feel safe. I thank God for her .

She had her mind set she new exactly what was wrong and wouldn't discuss or look into anything else. Even laughing at one of my questions. She told me to keep in the back of my mind if my test comes back positive that means either myself or my husband of 20 years has a boyfriend/girlfriend. The next morning a nice nurse called me to let me know the test Mrs. Coyne convinced herself would come back positive was Negative but still Mrs. Coyne was choosing not to treat any symptoms. At that point I gave up on her and seen my normal PCP 2 hours later and received medication for both infections one of which was a UTI with blood. Luckily that office could pull up my urinalysis from the morning before and seen those results. By the time Mrs. Coyne decided she wanted to treat my symptoms I already had 5 days of medication in me from my PCP. I strongly discourage anyone from seeing her.

First time, my insurance wouldn't cover the medicine, which is never an issue I've had. But they carry it in office, if I want to come pay for it out of pocket. Second time, they didn't even attempt to give me a prescription medicine covered by my insurance. Instead, they handed me $120 worth of their brand medicine for my secondary issue. Then they forgot to send over medicine for the primary issue until I called asking for it to be sent over. Just like my first visit, it was denied by my insurance. Rather than doing the prior authorization paperwork, they just sent over another prescription. My insurance wouldn't cover it because it was considered a second step, which I told them. They then tried to second a third prescription to an online pharmacy which they assured me was usually covered 100% and after my insurance denied it again, I had to call for the 6th time to just beg them to give me one my insurance would cover or do the paperwork to have them cover the medicine they say I need because I don't have $200 out of pocket per visit for medicine when I am already paying for insurance. After this, they didn't call back. So 11 days after my visit, I call AGAIN for the 7th time to ask them why I still don't have any medicine sent over and they FINALLY sent it to my pharmacy. So I will NOT be going back.

Went in for a routine checkup/ultrasound and to address a couple concerns. Long story short, I was informed I was suffering from a missed miscarriage and the doctor was absolutely cold and even cruel while delivering the news to my husband and I. He talked down to us like we were idiots for not knowing what was happening, and used a tone as if I had done something to lose this pregnancy intentionally. Like, I understand being in this profession, you probably see miscarriages a lot, and that it's not 'shocking' or 'upsetting' to the doctor... but like where was his compassion? This baby was planned. Wanted. Longed for. And he spoke of it as if this outcome was inevitable or something. Very upsetting experience.

I've been seeing Pat for almost that entire time and she is a great care provider. We only see each other once a year, but she always remembers details of things from the last time we spoke! I recently moved out of state and am strongly considering coming back every year just for my appointments LOL
