Lots of parking available, the gym smells clean when you enter. Professionals at the desk welcome you when you enter. The gym has these nice color combinations on the walls I'm really digging it. Keeps you up with all these beautiful bright colors on the walls. I notice the pictures don't do justice when you see them online, it's when you're here you get to see how big and spacious this gym really is. I honestly just got my membership haven't fully walked around the gym. The machines i wanted to use were at the front so I kind of just went to them. I liked how they had multiple machines of the same ones so no one has to wait to use em, that's one thing I think many gyms lack. U have to wait around and fish for a machines to use and be on the look out no one takes your spot. I liked how the machines were lined across and a perfect amount of space in between the machines. I went for biceps and triceps and a few other machines and I honestly had an amazing time. I also notice they have a basketball court that's really nice indoors court love it. Next time I'll go I'll go further down and see what else they have. So far so good will highly recommend this gym to anyone one new on the area like myself. The membership was at a good price for the quality and equipment this gym offers. Really happy and satisfied on the choice I made signing up here. My issue is with the property management where the gym is located. The property owner and management need to be held accountable for the poor conditions such as potholes in the parking lot. Trash, poorly maintained landscaping and homeless encampments. On the Farm Pond Lane entry at the FC sign is a homeless encampment beside the sign. This is a poor reflection on the tenant's when the property manager is not doing its part to make the area pleasant and inviting. The Albemarle Road area has been classified as a corridor of opportunity which entitles business owners with opportunities to make positive upgrades in their property, such as façade improvements. These are grants that businesses can apply for to make capital improvements. These property management should consider this type of opportunity. The members that patronize FC deserve better. Please put pressure on the management to improve the surroundings.

The entire team at the club is there to help us with our overall experience and if we need help they are there for us. Unfortunately they forgot about the weekends. (See attached photo) I usually come in the early to late mornings and I'm there we'll passed noon... so far each weekend there has been know one at the desk. The membership I pay for has free tanning. The only time I can take advantage of this is during the weekends, which I have been unable to do. I am not trying to be a pain in the neck. I just what whaI pay for and expect a clean establishment. Update... I pay the premium contract for tanning but the only time I can take advantage of it is during the weekends. Unfortunately they do not have staff during then. (See pic). Normally when there is no one on staff you have to use a QR reader to access entry. What they've resorted to is keeping the doors unlocked the entire time. Anybody can walk in and do whatever they want - not safe. I had a couple walk-in and approached me when I was working out and ask if there was anybody on staff... and there wasn't. Since there is not staff there is no cleaning. (See pics).

I had a pretty great experience and saw results after going for four weeks. It has a nice atmosphere with an encouraging community. The trainers are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every class is a little different and always challenging so expect to get your butt kicked. I actually looked forward to going to my workouts if that says anything. I definitely recommend doing their intro class if you're new to Crossfit/weightlifting movements. The coaches were very accommodating when I needed to modify exercises due to past injuries. Big shout out to Lillian, one of the coaches I worked with the most. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming since day one and answering all of my newbie questions! I'll definitely consider joining the gym full time. All in all a great experience.
