I again called on 5/12 and left another vm. On 5/13 Tim at Livery called me back and stated in a voice mail that there was plenty of time to schedule a car for 6/13. I called back 2 minutes later and had to leave another vm. I didn't hear back. I then called and left voicemails on 5/14, 5/18 and 6/1. I never received a response. Finally on 6/3 I texted them. Tim responded and said "Our SUV's are all booked". Now we are left scrambling to find car service! I made one last attempt to call. I received an answering service that left an urgent message for them. Tim called me back 30 minutes later. I explained the history of trying to book his service with no response. He was unapologetic and rude in his response. He stated that he cannot be expected to follow up on everybody that reaches out to him. I found that an odd response in light of the fact that I had tried for weeks to reach his service after he brushed off my initial request to book a month early. Be warned. This isn't how I am accustomed to doing business. I value competence, responsiveness and politeness. I received none from Nutmeg Livery Service.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. They bait you with low rates on their quote tool and prompt you to make an account, but you can never log in to your newly created account (hope you didn't use a sensitive password), and you can't contact them. In any case, stay away.
