If I could give this company negative stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. This is a long review, but is worth the read, so hopefully other folks won't have the same experience my wife and I had on our wedding day. Booked a 13 passenger limo through Tommy (owner) weeks in advance of my wedding. Had a difficult time getting Tommy to confirm that we were booked and good to go, until ultimately receiving confirmation the day before -- yes, the DAY BEFORE -- my wedding. Probably the first red flag that should have sent me running to another company. Day of my wedding, 10 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup time of 1:30p, Tommy texts me saying that his car "got in an accident" and that he hired a partner company/service to fulfill the job for the day. He texted me the driver's name (Tiffany), whom I then called to confirm she was close by (now 5 minutes until pick-up time). She stated "she had popped a tire and was still in New Jersey; oh sorry, I guess I probably should have called you to let you know". You think?! I then confirmed with her that she would pick us all up at a specified location AFTER our ceremony was complete at 3:00p. Confirmed. Okay good. I was told I'd receive a steep discount, and I then scheduled three Ubers to get our entire party to the location of the ceremony. After the ceremony, Tiffany was parked exactly where she said she would be. This is LITERALLY the only part of the service that went off without a hitch. I kid you not. Some brief highlights from the rest of the day's limo service: 1). All doors except one didn't work, so Tiffany had to climb into the limo and open the doors from the inside anytime we wanted to get in. 2). The A/C did not work, and the vents only blew 90 degree air. 3). The champagne that was promised was not provided (not that big a deal, I guess, but it was the one request my mother had, which was to give us a champagne toast in the limo). 4). It was Tiffany's second day on the job, and her first time driving in New York City, ever. Yes, in a ginormous SUV limo. 5). Tiffany got lost several times. 6). Tiffany's boss (Raj) did not have record of my payment to Tommy several days prior via credit card, and apparently Tommy did not specify with Raj that I had already paid. At the end of the night, I attempted to send my folks home in the limo during the last hour of our scheduled service. My reception was interrupted to tell me that the limo would not take our families home due to the fact that we "had not paid". Yes, I had paid. Yes, it had already hit my card. Tiffany put me on the phone with Raj. Raj did not care that I had already paid, as apparently Tommy did not pay him. I kindly and respectfully told him that it was not my business, that I had paid Tommy for a service to be provided, and that he had to work it out with Tommy. He refused to listen and became hostile. Eventually they said that if they could photocopy my credit card, they would confirm the payment with Tommy and call it a night. I obliged (against my better judgement). Raj also disclosed that Tommy had farmed out the job to him on Friday -- what happened to Tommy's driver having an accident on Saturday? Complete and total lie. Suffice it to say, they were supposed to give me a hefty discount for the time they were late, but instead they chose to run my card for another $1000 (even though they had already run my card for the payment several days before). I ended up having to file a fraud report with our credit card company, and had to cancel both spousal copies of our card literally one day prior to us leaving on our honeymoon. Could not have been worse. Stay away at all costs, and spend a bit more on a legitimate service. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stardust. I booked my reservation for the day after my flight instead of the day of my flight. I realized my mistake at the time when I was supposed to be picked up. I called Stardust and told Tommy of my mistake. He called competitors to see if they could take me before being able to arrange my transport an hour after I was originally supposed to leave my house. Thank God I planned that extra hour. Even navigating around rush hour traffic I was dropped off with more than enough time to make my flight. I have been dealing with Stardust limousine for almost 15 years never once did I miss a flight or was I picked up late lthe owner is a great guy and bends over backwards to make sure that everything is smoothly taken care of I highly recommend them the prices are extremely fair compared to many others also I would like to add one time I was a day off on my daughters arrival It was a day before I had said I called up that morning and without a problem my daughter was picked up nothing about an extra charge etc. truly a good company I highly recommend them they're always on time and professional read more

I had used STARDUST LIMO out of Yorktown Heights NY for a recent trip to Ireland/England. I found the service to be reliable, on time and courteous. The limo was neat and clean and the driver, while friendly, seemed to know when my wife and I wished privacy and respected our wishes.
