I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stardust. I booked my reservation for the day after my flight instead of the day of my flight. I realized my mistake at the time when I was supposed to be picked up. I called Stardust and told Tommy of my mistake. He called competitors to see if they could take me before being able to arrange my transport an hour after I was originally supposed to leave my house. Thank God I planned that extra hour. Even navigating around rush hour traffic I was dropped off with more than enough time to make my flight. My son and the 9 other High School kids had a great time at their Prom last night. Certainly, the experience of being picked up in a beautiful limo was a big piece of the ambiance of the overall evening. In addition, the kids could focus on having fun, vs. a long drive, late night driving, and the stress of relatively young drivers navigating to a new location outside of their home turf. All the parents were so appreciative of knowing that their kids were in the hands of a competent, professional, and experienced commercial driver. The kids all thought the driver was a "Great Guy". Knowing that Stardust Limousine had done many of these prom trips before and knew and adhered to the Westchester County Taxi and Limo prom ride regulations was also hugely appreciated. Celebrating a 70th Birthday for my father- these guys sure made a surprise! The 10 passenger stretch pulled up the second my parents were walking out of the house to their surprise and then came up to pick up all his kids waiting for the second surprise waiting at my house. Booked a 14 passenger limo for my wedding.... day of the wedding, the limo picked up the girls and the boys were meeting us at the church... the driver gave me a hard time because he wanted the money AND his tip before we even left the hotel parking lot.... but our best man had the money envelope, so I told him we were meeting them at the church and he could get it then. When we got to the church, the driver CONTINUED to give me a hard time about how he needed the money RIGHT AWAY.... I was literally standing on the church steps with my dad, and the bridesmaids were already walking down the aisle! He completely RUINED what should have been a really nice moment with my dad before he gave me away. When the bridal party got in the limo to go for pictures, the air in the back wasn't working, and the driver didn't help us with it at all (or with figure out the music system or anything.) My sister (MOH) and one of the groomsmen almost got sick in the limo because it was so hot and there was no air. No one was comfortable. I was so embarrassed. What a terrible ride. (and he made us give him his tip before he would take us for pictures, so I couldn't even take money out of his tip for the terrible service.) The owner seemed nice enough on the phone, but the experience was terrible enough for me to highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I booked a limo for 9 people and Tom gave us a 15 person limo that way we were not squished in there. The drive arrived a half hour early, his name was Pete he was great! He stopped at the gas station for us on the way down to the city and was ready outside waiting when it was our time to leave. He was awesome, would definitely use again. read more

Booked a 9 seat white stretch limo one week before my occasion. Received a phone call the day before the occasion and was told that they could not provide the 9 seat white limo. We hired Stardust Limousine to take 6 of us to a concert at Met Life stadium on 8/26. From my initial contact with Tommy at Stardust via e-mail, the service was great. Tommy is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and via e-mail. Our driver was Pete, and he was awesome. If we use Stardust again (Which I think we will...) we will def. ask for Pete again if he's available. The car was nice, it was a 14 passenger White Lincoln Town Car. It was very comfortable, and had plenty of room inside for drinks and snacks. Stardust's hourly rates were the most competitive I've seen in our area. They beat everyone's price and we still received top notch service. Big thanks to everyone at Stardust for making a night out even more special.
