I went in for an appointment. They told me I did not have an appointment that day even though I had a card stating I had an appointment that day. I understand there will not be a physician in the office only a physician assistant. I'm not comfortable with not having an physician in the office.

Recently, I went in to receive results from a blood draw and when the doctor entered (after I had waited 30 minutes to see her), she stated that the results of the bloodwork were not yet in and she would have to call me about it another time. No problem, I thought...... UNTIL I received a BILL for $78 for this visit!!! I spoke with the manager and she absolutely held to me having to pay this ridiculous fee for an unnecessary trip to the doctor.
