She cut me off right after giving my order number and very quickly ended the phone call with and I quote "I'm very busy right now and don't have time for this right now". Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Didn't even give me a chance to say a full sentence throughout the whole conversation and hung up on me.

The garden/greenhouse area is large with a good selection. Prices area fair on most items. If you're buying name brand stuff, it's often at retail. But, they will have sales and some items are discounted well if your timing is right. If you need to get something from the loading area, they'll load it or help you load it if needed.
