Initially, I called and left a voice message and Leo did call back and we spoke and he gave me what I thought was a fair quote and let me know that it would be $2 a letter and a $20 minimum which I thought was fine. He also let me know the hours of operation. I did show up the next day at about 10:45am where he failed to mention to me that the one metal he doesn't do is Tungsten - which seems like an important thing to mention. This should have been asked on the phone. This just irked me because I didn't have a lot of time to begin with to step out of work to run this errand then have to find some place else. They also don't have website that references this, and I can only wonder now if he turned me away because he didn't feel like doing my $20 work. If that's the case then that's fine because I am also then entitled not to refer this place to others as well. These kids get ridiculed and messed with quite a bit and band together for each other for this reason. The message I wanted to send was love and acceptance to these kids. I wanted them to feel comfortable and safe , ridicule free so they could just be them and eat drink and hang out. They played bags, danced , listened to music and had a great time. Some of the parents unfortunately are not so accepting and one girl actually had to ask to be dropped off down street so mom wouldnt see the rainbow flag. She apparently would not have let her stay.
