While I did make a few design changes that understandably extended the timeline, the project began in February 2026, and as of July 9, 2026, my company hat and T-shirt order still had not been completed. I remained patient throughout the process and allowed additional time due to the design changes. However, when I asked for updates or questioned the ongoing delays, I felt my concerns were not handled in a respectful manner. What should have been a straightforward order turned into months of frustration. When the shirts finally arrived, the logos were crooked and off-center. After I brought the issue to Carmen's attention and explained that I was unhappy with both the quality of the shirts and how the order had been handled, he refused to correct the problem. Instead of remaking and replacing the defective shirts, Carmen became combative in his communication with me and canceled the remainder of my order, stating that he was concerned I might again claim the workmanship was not done correctly if he proceeded with a replacement order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Specialty T Limited.

Upon arrival, the facility did not initially appear to be a professional business location. The parking arrangement and exterior setup were confusing and made it difficult to determine where I was supposed to go. Once inside the building, I found the lobby and common areas to be noticeably unclean and in need of maintenance. The overall condition of the property did not create a professional impression. The building layout was also confusing. The signage referenced both Suite 1 and Suite 100, and the business appeared to occupy space on multiple levels. After reading the instructions posted on the door, I called the number listed as directed. It was only about two minutes before my scheduled appointment. The representative instructed me to wait in my vehicle and then meet him at the entrance. I misunderstood those instructions, as I assumed that by the time I walked back to my vehicle and returned to the door, my appointment time would have arrived. As a result, I remained near the entrance rather than returning to my car. When the representative arrived, I explained the misunderstanding, but the response felt unnecessarily abrupt rather than simply clarifying the process. While I recognize the confusion was unintentional, the interaction immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Once inside the office, my concerns about the professionalism of the location continued. There were no other employees present, the office itself appeared unclean, and communication throughout the appointment was minimal. Additionally, the representative's pants zipper was unfastened during the interaction, which was awkward and further contributed to what already felt like an unprofessional environment. Taken together, the condition of the office, the lack of professionalism, and the overall interaction did not inspire confidence in the services being provided. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below what I would expect from a vendor providing fingerprinting services.
