Let's see where to start from the beginning only way he wanted to give me the house is by dropping my realtors commission basically being greedy. That's business not hating on his shady ethics. Just not how I would run a operation. Let's move on while in negotiations he verbally And in writing said that he would be pay me to do the service of the damages btw about 10k I'm out of pocket he is making me out of his pocket after the contractor and work had been started he took the key away like a child and decided without discussing with both parties was ok to settle With the insurance to accept 2k dollars and say the house is as is because he did not know how to deal with insurance after contingency was removed that being said you're "F" with your deposit I had to pay for a bin to be cancel after it was on route. Work was not able to be completed and offered some bs of a settlement and in the disclosure said getting the spa never did that's 5k gave a nearly 8k for a retaining wall that was quoted by his own contractor at .45k said take it as is basically that was not part of this problem He had a ceiling collapse mid escrow and giving us hell through the entire deal. Def find a diff realtor or listing agent to deal with if he's listing. And not even getting the settled money and he even said he would come Out of his commission 1200 never have received it and all the carpets that was suppose to Be removed from the insurance claim all damaged smell Of mold is for me to take care of even he agreed. With my realtor to get it's out Now I have to go after his insurance or sue the owner or put a lein and go after the owner for it but guess worked out in his favor by trying to screw over the new owners crooked ass middle eastern I swear better going with any other agent Guess time to play me not so Nice guy read more
