The driver was early but didn't come to the door early, he patiently waited in his car for us until the time we had scheduled (we saw him sitting outside just a few minutes early but it was good that he was patient because we weren't quite ready). The driver was very professional yet friendly and showed up in a lovely, large SUV because we had a lot of luggage, car seats, and kids. The car was seemed in excellent or new condition and everyone had control over their heating and cooling, which is a big deal for our family given my husband and I can't stand being hot and my kids like it boiling. The driver helped load our luggage but was cautious and careful with our belongings. He was also patient as we installed each car seat. The ride was smooth and uneventful and he got us right pto the curbside check in ahead of schedule. I would absolutely use this service again and have recommended it to everyone I know. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies (SuperShuttle and another private businesses) with driver's being late, one who weaved through traffic by passing on the shoulder and running red lights, and someone showed up in a Honda Civic to transport 4 people and all our luggage for 3 weeks (needless to say, we had luggage on our laps for the drive). So, out of every service I've used previously, Rocky's takes the cake as being the best transport service. We didn't want to do Uber or Lyft mainly because we didn't know what we would get and wanted to be certain we had solid plans in place for our transport. Also, the cost of Rocky's was very reasonable compared to other services estimations. I chose to write this review because I think if someone is debating whether it is reliable to pick a company that has very few reviews like Rocky's, I will vouch that it met our expectations and beyond.
