Unfortunately, their service was a complete disaster that added unnecessary stress to our special day. Despite multiple confirmations with the owner, who assured us everything was set for our 8:15 AM pickup, the limo never arrived. Ten minutes past the scheduled time, I called the contact number and spoke with a man who sounded like he had just woken up. He promised to contact the driver and call me back, but after five minutes of silence, I had to call again. This pattern continued until he finally admitted that the owner was in Morocco and he had no idea how to resolve the situation. Imagine the frustration and anxiety of being stranded on your wedding day, with my bride and I left scrambling for alternatives. The man on the phone claimed he would find a solution, but 20 minutes later, we received a call from a different company who the other man gave our number to and said also explained his incompetence of being able to make something happen.... They unfortunately couldn't assist us either at such late notice. Ultimately, we were forced to take an Uber to our ceremony, causing significant stress and disruption. Our destination was over an hour away.... Not exactly what you would call a stones throw. To make matters worse, we had to hire another limo company at the last minute to transport us to our reception, incurring unexpected additional costs. The service from 5 Star Limousine was not just disappointing--it was an utter failure. Their lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic accountability ruined a critical part of our wedding day. We recently travelled to Breckenridge with the family for a ski trip. Trying to figure out rental car deals was difficult, and I also knew that the whole process of getting from the terminal to the rental car areas would be a major hassle and a waste of precious time. I found Denver5star Limo on Yelp, and after reading the reviews decided to take the hassle out of our lives and let them drive us to Breckenridge. The price differential between the rental car and 5star was minimal, and we wouldn't need a vehicle once we got to the mountain. Mr. Harbi picked us up right on time in a brand new, crystal clean 2019 Suburban. There was plenty of room for the four of us along with our luggage. Dale was super nice! He even offered to stop at the grocery store before we got to the hotel so we could grab a few food items for the trip. For our return trip, the communication was perfect. We texted each other about the road conditions and agreed on a pick-up time. He was waiting for us when we exited the hotel. Great trip back to the airport and made our fight with time to spare. The name says it all.....5 Star Limousine. This service is unbelievable. Top notch customer service from top to bottom. One call and everything was done professionally with no issues whatsoever......We had a car/Limo within 24 hours. Rented the Limo for my wife's birthday. Dale was amazing, he picked us up on time with a very clean COVID safe car. Dale drove us to 3 other locations to pick up the rest of our party and then headed to Denver, where we went to several other locations for food and drinks, we no problems with drop off or pickup from any location. Our party consisted of children and adults, and everyone was very pleased with the service as well, Dales is very kind and professional, his personality was easy going and made everyone feel safe a welcome. Christmas Eve was the second time this year I have used this service and have been extremely pleased both times. The first time was in May where I arranged through Dale Harbi to have a driver pick up my 92 year old mother in law from a Broomfield hotel and take her to DIA, while the rest of the family attended graduation ceremonies in Boulder. I am from out of state and found this service on YELP, so I was placing a lot of trust that things would go smoothly - and they did. On Dec. 24 Dale picked up my daughter at DIA and returned her to Boulder. She was very nervous about riding with a stranger, but she found him to be very nice, professional and prompt. He had already texted her when she landed, so she knew where to meet him. Communication with this company is easy and the service is outstanding. WOW Dale and his team blew it out of the park! I was tasked with the challenge of finding a car service to administer a pick up very late at night and take the passenger 3 hours away from Denver Airport and then pick up them up again at 1am and drive back to Denver Airport to catch another flight. I never thought I would be able to complete the task, let alone within a 1 day notice. Luckily to my surprise Dale and his team reassured me that they can take on any task NO PROBLEM and they even went above and beyond. Not only did the passenger love the service and car that he traveled in, the driver was quick on his feet to return an important item that the passenger forgot in the car. It really was as good as it gets! Dale is the Man! Literally called at 11pm as my rental company said the only SUV they had in stock, which was reserved for me, was in an accident hours prior and thus I had to find other means of transportation. Dale(Owner) picked up the phone on the first ring. I explained a rather robust itinerary over a 5 day time period and Dale said he could accommodate all requests but since it was so last minute, Dale would be chauffeuring us himself as all his drivers where spoken for. I have come to expect great service from businesses in the service industry...and Dale, the owner, at 5star Limousine provided us with exceptional service yesterday for a girls day out / birthday party. Due to Covid, we really didn't have many options for creating a fun day. Riding around in a clean and sanitized limo where we could drink champagne and sing at the top of our lungs seemed like a great option...and it certainly was! When I called Dale just a few days prior to our event, I was quoted a very reasonable price and booked within minute. On Saturday, a beautiful well appointed stretch limo arrived and swept us away for a few hours. Very grateful to have found Dale and 5star Limousine for a recent business trip to Denver. I booked the car online and received email confirmation back from Dale promptly. I expected that the car might be a bit late given the unpredictable Denver traffic, which made me a little nervous as we were headed to DIA to fly home! The bellman at the Hyatt checked with the cars lined up about 20 minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time...and lo and behold, Dale himself was there with a spotless Suburban. i have used other limo services in Denver and after reading the reviews I decided to try this service. At the point I called they gave me a quote from the airport to my destination, texted me the information and I provided my flights and times and as indicated when my plane landed they texted me and were right there. They were so easy to use, on time and very friendly. I was so impressed with them I booked them the night before I left and were in the hotel lobby waiting for me at 4:15 a.m. I would use them again when in Denver and would encourage anyone to use this limo service. I called 5star Limousine just a day or two before our family trip and he was quick to respond and help us out. We weren't bringing our car seats with us on our trip so Dale offered to hold our car seats at his place and install all three of them when he picked us back up from the airport. He was on time and very responsive for everything, and when he picked us back up from the trip he not only had our car seats installed and ready to go, his wife cleaned the fabric of one of the seats! Now how is that for customer service??? When my boss landed he was unable to find his car service (due to my error) and called Dale directly. Dale informed him of the scheduling mistake and had a vehicle there to pick him up in mere minutes. Dale immediately called me to inform me of the error and explained that the issues was already being taken care of.
