At first they let me know they were going to resolve the issue but months went by and communication from the company was inconsistent and delayed. They never provided me with a claims process or resolution. Storage charges were also erroneously billed for months after services ended. Despite filing complaints with FDACS, the company has not fully addressed the damages, and I am now pursuing small claims court for reimbursement.
