I asked why they cannot get the key and was told they don't have the blanks In simple terms, if you can't offer service then don't advertise that you offer service. I usually spend my time in the nursery and HD has really stepped up their variety in exciting new plants. On my most recent trip I got their gorgeous little variegated succulents that are just so cute and very affordable. Loved their newest selection that they had available and certainly plan to go back!
