After they supposedly completed the installation, we discovered an open, uncovered hole in the yard near the septic area, creating a serious safety hazard. I notified them on March 6 about the issue, yet it has not been addressed with the urgency it requires. Because of this, I have not been able to safely move into the property, especially with children involved. I raised this concern multiple times with Jeanine and Michael, and the lack of follow-up and poor customer service has been unacceptable. Communication has been inconsistent, and there has been little accountability in resolving a problem that should have been fixed immediately. What's also frustrating is that Starr Septic was very quick to push for payment with deadlines and due dates, but that same level of urgency has not been applied when it comes to follow-ups or fixing a serious issue they left behind.
