I can promise you there's nothing he has not seen being in business all these years. He always tell me in detail exactly what is going on and never hesitates to answer any of my questions. This dog is one of my children and just that is mind blowing. My dog would not be here without dr fox. I can not even begin to tell you how amazing this clinic is. I have never felt more welcome in a clinic before. They welcomed me & my furr baby with open arms. The customer service is more than I can ever ask for Mrs Veronica always gives me a total before I come which helps me, bc I only leave home with the money I need. She never has told me she can't do it. They kindly call me to remind me of my appointment, and always always allows me to check up on my pets. The tech is also amazing, she allowed me to leave my dogs diaper bag with his blanket , food and his favorite stuffed animal so he felt comfortable. No vet has ever allow this. She was able to cut his nails which as his mom and a groomer I can never do. I cannot recommend this animal hospital enough. They love your pet and you just like your family.

As an adult , I drive almost two hours from Charleston to take my animals to him. Funny , after all these years he never seems to age ! Dr. Coker is personable, knowledgeable and does his best to be fair and reasonably priced. He does have some other vets working with him but I prefer him. His building is old, small , and often crammed with animals and their humans but the service and care he provides is top notch in my opinion. In August I took my dog to a vet in North Charleston for shots and I regretted it (you can see my review). Never again will I cheat on Dr. Coker! For this visit , I had my dog's teeth cleaned and a benign mass removed from her belly . They did a great job and tried to keep the cost reasonable by not charging me for two teeth extractions and the exam fee. Because I live almost two hours away , they even gave me the tool to remove the surgery staples in a couple weeks and showed me how to do it. They said to just bring the tool back on my next visit - they didn't charge me for it . That's how Dr Coker and his staff are and that's what keeps my family and I loyal to him after all these years.

Granted its because they are so frustrated not knowing what's wrong with their beloved pet who can't tell them what is wrong or where it hurts. Fear of this unknown brings out the worst behavior in humans. I have used this facility for nail trims, shots, worming, diagnostics and to put one to sleep. They let me stay as long as I needed in a private room to say my final goodbyes. They even mailed a follow up Bereavement card.
