This is not the first time this has happened (and after reading other reviews, it seems to be a pattern). Despite knowing they are short staffed, they continue scheduling appointments, performing exams, and then informing patients they'll need to reschedule for the actual cleaning. I arrived 13 minutes early to my appointment. They completed the exam and had me laying there for the entire session, only to say, "You need to come back for a cleaning there's NO TIME today." As if my time and effort meant absolutely nothing. In August, I went in for what I thought was a deep cleaning and later had to return for an emergency appointment because a piece of debris was left under my tooth, another rushed half job cleaning appointment. I was in terrible pain. I never spoke up about it at the time, but after this repeated pattern, I finally decided to voice my concerns. What was even more disappointing was management's response. When I calmly expressed my concerns, I was met twice with, "What do you want from me?" There was no empathy, no accountability, and no sincere apology. Only after repeatedly addressing the issue did I finally receive a reluctant "I'm sorry." I've been a patient here for a couple of years, but I will no longer tolerate this level of disregard. If you don't have adequate staffing to complete appointments properly and safely, communicate that ahead of time and cancel accordingly. Patients deserve transparency, thorough care, and basic respect. That simple‼

The dentist changed his mind 2 times on the treatment. First he says I need a root canal and crown then he decides he can just fill it. HE DIDNT drill out the decay first! Just put the permanent filling over the decay. I'm reporting him to the dental board. (took 5 min to do) fast forward 6 months later and not only did the filling fall out a huge chunk of my tooth broke off. He went with the lazy route. Also, the back office dental assistant is rude as heck and was arguing with me about my teeth. She also rudely demanded I pay for a crown up front. I had already discussed payment with the office. It was very unprofessional and not her place to discuss money like that. Especially not in a demanding tone as she did. Money wasted and I left feeling very mistreated. I've long suspected that Georgetown Professionals has overcharged for their services so they don't need to work on Friday's. It is so nice to go to a place that has the skills and integrity to do the right thing for their patient rather than just enrich their business. For example, Georgetown professionals wanted to charge me over $300 for a bite guard so I wouldn't grind my teeth. That's expensive. I said I'd think about it. When I went to Overloop, he told me that my grinding was moderate and didn't call for a bite guard unless I was having adverse symptoms. He also said it would cost $150. That's over $150 less than what Georgetown Professionals quoted me! This is how businesses should work. They stand behind their product, properly educate, are friendly and do the best they can to get you in when there is a dental emergency. Many problems with my children have happened on a Friday, it's so nice knowing they are open. Couldn't be happier with our switch. This is a great business run by great people. We especially enjoy Overloop as our dentist.

I actually followed her to this office. She is very thorough with cleanings and knowledgeable. I love Dr Katie and Dr Logan. Both are professional and great at putting you at ease, because let's be honest, most of us don't look forward to our dental appointments. They are also very honest about treatment options and costs. I never feel like I'm being coerced into treatment I can't afford. All of the office staff are very friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about this office!

The dental association gave me a little check but that didn't cover the major mistakes that the doctors from Grandville Dental made. I was fooled by all several fake stock photos that was used on their Facebook and their Incentivized google reviews. I though this office was able to perform a full mouth restoration of all porcelain teeth but I couldn't be any more wrong. This company keeps suppressing honest truthful reviews. Why would yelp hide a basic review that doesn't break guidelines. Maybe they are paying yelp of something I dunno but its confusing and hard to trust any Yelp reviews when I know they are allowing this company to wrongfully flag reviews and have them removed for no reason other than the owner of the company simply doesn't like it, that shouldn't be justification to have a review removed.
