I was treated badly by the front desk, person, and the person who took me back to have my eyes examined. The front desk woman with the long dark hair told me well. We don't have your results so you will have it done. The one who took me back to have the eye exam questioned me on why I didn't have my paper signed, and when I explained to her that I had pulled up results from an eye test that I had done that I was going to show the doctor. I was told that if I didn't have the test done, she would be dilating me. Now mind you, I drove myself, so I was curious to how she was going to dilate me and why she said it in such a nasty way. But because I don't like conflict, I said do what you have to do when she was done. I went back to the room and waited for the doctor. I showed the doctor the results. She confirmed that I had that test done. I wasn't apologized too. I told her what her employees had done and said to me and that they were rude to me. It was basically just looked over. my point is this is a test that would have caused me an additional $40 and I felt that the way I was treated was unprofessional. Why are you trying to force me to pay for a test that I told you that I think I had already taken and I was looking to show it to you?! The only reason why this place even gets two stars is because of the woman that checked me out. She was very sweet very pleasant and knew how to talk to a patient. I'm not hard to get along with. I do not cause a scene. I do not raise my voice, but I do expect respect. And I don't feel that's too much to ask for considering I'm paying you to do a job for me. Basically, I walked out without getting glasses from there because I would rather have my money spent somewhere else where I'm treated better.

The people are very nice; but I've had nothing but trouble with my glasses. The right lense keeps…read morefalling out. They're always willing to fix it; but it keeps happening. I asked about a different pair of frames and they said I'd have to pay to get a different pair since the lenses would only fit the frames I have. I paid $477 for what I've got and can't afford another pair. Since I keep having problems and they're under warranty, I just wish they would give me different frames that held up better. Again, they're very kind but these glasses are terrible.

Took my daughter there in MAY of this year for contacts, paid for said contacts during that visit…read more It is nearing the end of October and still no contacts. I have gone round and round with them, have been sent the wrong thing multiple times after being assured they would "take care of it." Will never go back and would never recommend this place due to their unwillingness to do what's necessary to resolve this and get us what we have already paid for. Not sure if it's lack of caring or incompetence, but a one star review is about 3 too many. If anyone from the office sees this and would be interested in taking care of this, that would be great.
