Took my daughter there in MAY of this year for contacts, paid for said contacts during that visit. It is nearing the end of October and still no contacts. I have gone round and round with them, have been sent the wrong thing multiple times after being assured they would "take care of it." Will never go back and would never recommend this place due to their unwillingness to do what's necessary to resolve this and get us what we have already paid for. Not sure if it's lack of caring or incompetence, but a one star review is about 3 too many. If anyone from the office sees this and would be interested in taking care of this, that would be great. read more

Dr Busey's exam was complete and thorough, while also being quick and efficient. He also had great bedside manner and was extremely helpful in figuring out what would be best for my husband and I. Chandra was competent and efficient and very kind, while she did the pre-exam for us. Lila checked us out. After insurance, only cost us $20 for each exam. My husband needed reading glasses and got us an amazing deal for 2 pairs of reading glasses; which will be ready for him in several days. I recently had my eyes examined @ Visionworks in Georgetown, KY. I was greeted as I came in the door and treated very personable by all of the staff throughout my entire visit. My exam from the Optometrists was professional and he was very knowledgeable with my questions. He has a great beside manner too. I purchased a pair of glasses and they called me within a couple of days to say I could pick them up! Love my new glasses. My whole experience was very quick, easy and painless. I will be back next year for my annual exam! read more

The front staff is extremely friendly and I liked a male doctor who recently left. Last week - a new person, DrParmer, did my exam. She was dismissive and cut me off while I was explaining something. As a patient, I was not pleased. read more

Very good place to get your glasses and have an exam I do have insurance that takes care of part of my exam and glasses I have been going to Walmart vision Center but this place was even cheaper on the exam and had a great deal on frames took them only one week to get the glasses and my prescription made which was actually shorter than Walmart ,there's all friendly courteous helpful they went way beyond what they had to do went to pick up my glasses went back out my truck would not start The manager said no problem you got jumper cables I'll jump you she was real nice and I was on the road in no time I do recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to get their eyes examined a new frames the buy one get one is great now I have sunglasses the same as my regular prescription glasses thank you all very much do try them out read more

I had an appt for 3:15. I arrived at 3:24 and was told "you're more than ten minutes late so you'll have to reschedule" despite the place being entirely empty. Three clerks, no customers. No cars in the parking lot. Absolutely nothing for these employees to do other than assist me, but that apparently interfered with their plans. Rude, inconsiderate and entirely unapologetically so! read more

I arrived 12 minutes late for my appointment, so they wouldn't see me .... but ,since I had made appointments for me and my 3 kids.....I gave my appointment to one of them so they could be seen before school starts. Dr was unpleasant and best and outright rude the rest of the time. My son has a high astigmatism and I had some questions about Lasik, hard vs soft contacts ect .....he would NOT listen and only said "NO One will touch him!" No explanation or reason given. My two smaller ones couldn't stay still enough for him. The youngest got confused about "the which one is better" questions ..... he then proceeded to imply that she was making answers up or faking. He reluctantly and begrudgingly re questioned her .....this time it was more like she was on trial. He said her answers didn't match the exam and that the only thing he could do would be to refer her to UK. Then he didn't do it...... so I'm unsure If he meant she really had something that needed to be addressed at UK or if that was just another snide remake. I'm leaning toward the latter. He said my middle one needed glasses since she was 3........ibyried to explain that I took her to the opthmatlolgist several times.......and she passed her kindergarten exam ......she got glasses when her Dr said she needed them at age 7....... He somehow seemed to feel this was my fault. Overall 0 stars. I drove over 2 hours for this....... pitiful experience . I got literally no answers no idea what's going on with my kids ......except they need glasses.....I knew that back at the house. Other than to pick the glasses up we ordered .........Will NOT EVER be back. read more

This is why they need zero stars. The Doctor was rude and would not anser any my questions. When I got the glasses made I asked them to adjust them so they would fit better on my face. The manager walked away like had no clue 2 differnt people I asked looked like I was stupid becouse they would not sit on my face where I could see through them had to go across the street to Walmart they gladly fixed it and apologize to me for the horrible service I got at this facility. From the front desk to the doctor, all I can say is rude. The only reason we came here is because we accidentally missed an appointment at my son's usual doctor. I have a 3 year old that needed to come with me and usually at our usual doctor she can watch her tablet and keep busy but of course we got kicked out of the room because she was watching her tablet. She was crying in the waiting room and the front desk girl asked if we needed to reschedule because they didn't want to hear it. The doctor had an attitude as well. I would never go back! read more
