We have tried several times to get the check reissued and we get the run around from their local Finance person Wendy. We leave messages and grey no response. The menu consists of reheated leftovers night after night. Few ( if any) of the entrees are healthy for people on heart diets. Last Thanksgiving, the holiday meal consisted of a quick turkey sandwich at lunchtime. It is unclear why an expensive assisted living facility offers such a poor kitchen, particularly when Story Point's north location is rumored to have good food. Management at Story Point West is aware of the problem but seems to be unable to fix it. Very disappointing!

Their chef is fantastic and I can attest first hand that their meals are beyond delicious. I would not blink an eye if my loved one or myself needed to go there.
