The morning of our appointment, my father took a turn for the worse. We contacted Heartland and asked if they could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. They not arrived within 20 minutes of my call, but they were able to get him all of the help he needed and he was resting comfortably by that afternoon. Sadly, my father passed three days later. However, Heartland was wonderful through all of it. Because he was onboarded on a Friday, we ended up seeing five different nurses throughout the four days. Every one of them was phenomenal! They were all so caring and knowledgeable. We couldn't have navigated through everything without them.
