My male therapist cranked on my neck, causing a sprain and two bulging discs in my neck. For the past two months, I've had extreme and constant headaches and neck pain. I've missed work and I spent thousands on follow-up doctor visits and imaging. Before my encounters with Mallers and Swoverland, I had never had any problems with my cervical spine or headaches. In addition to the injuries sustained, the therapist made several inappropriate comments and performed "tests" that were inappropriate. The therapist's commented that my headaches and neck pain were due to my period cycle. He stated that my cycle was causing the pain and it wasn't my fault, part of being a woman. I didn't care for the therapist's repeated scoliosis "tests", where I would bend over for a very long time, long enough that I ended up standing up on my own, without any directions from the male therapist to do so. He also had me open my mouth as wide as possible, and would then make statements that I couldn't open my mouth very wide. He would then ask if anyone ever told me that. He stuck his ungloved knuckles in my mouth to prove that I couldn't open very wide. Remember, I went to PT for pain in the front, right shoulder. No complaints related to my mouth, facial muscles, or spine were ever expressed. Wish I could give them negative or zero stars.

She knows with my BULGING DISC, if I continue to be active, work, lift, and stress out my back I will keep on herniating it and it will soon rupture, THEN I'LL BE IN A WHEELCHAIR. Abbey Bunnell deliberately downplayed my MRI report to nothing serious so I wouldn't have a credible case for filing for SSI/disability. I currently take 13 different medications for my back, anxiety, depression, cognitive disorder, carpal tunnel, etc. Abbey said by my MRI it's ok for me to work and lift 50 to100+ pounds with no fear of a disc herniation or ruptured, WHEN THE MRI SHOWS MY SPINE IS BULGING IN THE L3/L4 region, plus I have a huge lipoma pushing against my spine above the L3 L4 region that she failed to diagnose, AND DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT AS I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER. This woman has personal hatred towards me. She kept cutting me off during our conversation. She kept saying she knows many people who had surgery who went back to work, THAT IS A PERSONAL INSULTING CHEAP SHOT. I'm sorry Abbey, I don't want to be hooked to narcotics for the rest of my life, and have metal plates, cages, and screws in my back THAT WILL CAUSE ME MORE PAIN, it's ridiculous! Still not repaired at eight months! *Fifth, we were told there would be a grassy area in the middle for us to enjoy, there was working equipment and trash from other rentals piled up for months! *Sixth, months after a fence was put around the area for everyone but my place. , which fell down during the first wind. I felt I had no privacy in looking at what was outside of my place, but strangers were constantly coming in our driveway and dumping stuff into our dumpster, which then was overflowing. * Seventh, if I could, I would give this company a -5. *Eighth, I was told the place was clean, carpet shampooed, etc. I was shocked when I moved in that there were pills spilled all over the carpet that could have killed my Yorkie! *Ninth, on the website people are told water, garbage, sewage was paid for, however, I was paying $67 a month for these; false advertising. * Tenth, I was told the rent was reasonable, but I was paying $1210 a month, plus all utilities. *Eleventh, my medicine cabinet with mirror never worked. My washer worked part time. *Twelfth, the Customer Service and Maintenance was worthless. I cannot remember one time I received anything but excuses about everything I mentioned above. *Thirteenth and final, I moved early because I felt taken advantage of and neglected on every level. My deposit was $1500. I moved out 2/11. I cleaned the place top to bottom and patched and sanded walls-even holes that were there before me. I left window coverings. I received a bill for $1589 and coincidental , I did not get one penny back, I believe that the owner exploits the elderly; apparently it is all about gouging the elderly and how much money can be made.
