I went in about 4 times for one issue that never got resolved. The last visit after the adjustment, I told the doctor it still hurt and he ignored it, left to go to his next patient. I've never had to see a chiro more than once for this particular issue. It's just some neck/back tightness. Usually resolved after one adjustment, but this doctor would only do very little each visit so that I would have to keep returning. Dr. Stevens is the best in the biz. My husband and I started coming here last year shortly after moving into the neighborhood. I was having some serious sciatic pain after a short stint on crutches, and Dr. Stevens fixed me right up in no time. Recently I sustained a minor injury to my foot and my gait has been impacted because of it. My sciatic pain got so bad that I couldn't even sit in my chair to work for more than 30 minutes at a time, and I could not get to sleep or stay asleep. I called and was able to get an appointment for yesterday morning. Dr. Stevens performed an analysis to identify the cause of the discomfort and then adjusted accordingly. I came home and was able to sit and work for the next 5 hours (with some standing/movement breaks of course!!) sans excruciating pain for the first time in weeks. I fell asleep quickly and had a great night of sleep. If you're looking for a chiropractor and wondering if you should check this business out, you should stop wondering and call immediately!! Have ben going there over a year. Docter Stevens is great. His receptionist staff is HORRIBLE. Went there today at 3:30 with only one person waiting in front of me. After she went in, 4 more came in after and went in. When I asked the receptionist if she forgot me. She said, "No - those other folks had appointments". Had an accident back in March where I was rear-ended. Left with a mild case of whip lash. I fully and whole heartedly recommend the services of Georgia Chiropractic Care. I began seeing Dr Stephens about 7 months ago and only quit seeing him because I moved out of state. He and his staff are consummate professionals, there was never an instance, even in busy times during the winter pre-COVID where I felt like I was given poor service. As a student, I got the discounted rate of 25$ per adjustment which meant time on the roller bed, an adjustment and plenty of time to address any and all back health concerns I had. The best story I can tell you is that when we began treating my lower back, Dr Stephens ended up taking 3 X-rays over the course of the treatment, yet he only charged me once for the X-rays. I first came to Dr. Stevens in the Spring of 2016 with lower back pain so severe I had been bedridden for a week!
