My experience at Sovereign Rehab was excellent! I felt like I was going to visit family each time I went, and the rehab was made fun by the atmosphere created. There were people there of different ages and different ailments, and each therapist works with each other for a more complete goal towards independence. My therapist, Zach Hollis, was very knowledgeable in not only my tibia/fibula break, but also medical conditions that could have hindered my success in independence. He wasn't afraid to say if he didn't know the answer to a question (which I appreciated his honesty!) and would either look it up or ask another therapist. He made me enjoy coming, was encouraging, down to earth, yet challenged me to work hard. He also was willing to think outside the box for new ways for me to get better. Loved everyone who works there, and they seriously are so proud of you that it makes you not want to leave once you are discharged! Great experience, and if I ever need physical therapy again, I will choose - and recommend - Sovereign Rehabilitation!

Yes, 13 weeks sounds like a very long time, my initial RX was for 4 weeks, but I was so happy with my amount of improvemended I asked the Dr. for another RX! That's how much I LOVE this place. I was sent to Benchmark Physical Therapy by my orthopedic surgeon to work on my right knee after…read moresurgery. I came one afternoon to check out the facility and I was glad I did. The front desk staff was very pleasant. I picked Dr. Jessica as my main therapist to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and easy to work with. She explained the exercises in detail i.e. what I needed to do, how it should be done and which muscles the exercise was targeted to work on. My therapy was done three times a week, for period of eight weeks. Dr. Jessica printed the exercises for me to work at home so I can continue my exercises on the days I was not at the facility. The space was very open and there were many PT beds, treadmill machine, stationary bicycles, step stairs, ankle weights, long bands, knee press machines, etc to help with all kinds of physical therapy exercises one may need. I was so excited on the day my knees were able to rotate a full circle on the stationary bicycle. My knee became stronger and I was able to drive again in four weeks. I was able to bend my knee at 136 degree angle, from 60 degrees when I first started. The recovery was wonderful and the therapists were very encouraging to help me to achieve my goals to regain my mobility again. At times, there were student interns to help out and learn at the sessions. If you ever need PT work, please give this BenchMark PT clinic a try. There's easy parking outside the clinic. It was worth every dime to get my therapy here and all the therapists were very professional, knowledgeable, kind and wonderful to work with. No, I did not get any sympathy when I sometimes did not feel like doing some of the exercises. The therapists here kept on encouraging me to do the exercises. After each session, I was given an ice pack to be placed on the knee. Dr. Jessica has a great sense of humor to make me feel at ease. Thank you Benchmark PT for all you do. I am able to walk well and I still continue to do those exercises to strengthen the knee. I love the light and fun environment here. I was looking for physical therapy near my house and came across Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I was really impressed by the google reviews! When I was booking the first visit with Sarah, she assured me that she knows a lot about my insurance as she said you had many patients with Kaiser insurance. I made two appointments but decided to wait on the third appointment until she checks my insurance for the benefits because I wanted to avoid a billing issue as the one I have right now. Sarah left me the following voice mail on my phones after my second visit stating, 'Hi, this is Sarah calling from Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I just want to let you know that I got in touch with Kaiser and they gave me your benefit information. $40 co-pay, 60 visits per year which I'm showing none are used. So with that being said I will take what you have been paid and apply to your co-pay. If there's a balance left over it, will be refunded.' So I started my treatment with Johnscreek Physical Therapy but my condition did not get better. I decided to go to a different practice but I still thought very highly of them as everyone was nice and professional. On 9.7.21- Received the invoice of $585 On 9.10.21- My husband and I both took time off from work and stopped by the office. We played the above VM to the office staff. He said he will have his billing person look into my account and have her get back to me. On 9.23.21- A lady name Holly left me a VM and asked if I have I gotten in touch with Kaiser and find why they are not paying Johnscreek Physical Therapy??? I called her back at 12:12PM but didn't get a hold of her. So I left the detailed message on their website. I am not sure why I should be responsible for all of the bill as I would not have visited knowing that my insurance does not cover my visits.
