He was super polite,professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my problem and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done. He explained because my 1996 6.5 diesel had had some "custom" work done in the past getting the correct parts could be a little more difficult to match up. The next morning I spoke with Chris and not long after Joe returned with the correct part and installed it. He also spent some time making sure the new part preformed as it should. However, when the flat bed towing truck pulled out of my driveway, a huge puddle of oil remained where his truck was parked. These trucks should be inspected regularly so this does not happen. My driveway had just been pressure washed and it took 4 of my puppies peepee pads to soak it up and a good 40 minutes of scrubbing with a harsh cleaner and lots of hot water to get most of the stain out. They were dispatched and contacted me to advise the arrival time. They assessed the situation, in my case,a 36ft motorhome stuck in the mud off the road shoulder. The guys were pleasant, clean and presentable, and conversed with me in a non-condescending manner.
