I asked way too many questions but she made me feel so welcomed. She answered them all and then some. She talked to me like I was an important person and like a real person should. She gave me plenty of advice and started me out on some migraine medicine after learning about what I was given previously. I would recommend her for ANYONE who needs to be seen for migraines or headaches. I'm actually excited to go back to my appointment. During the last few months of 2025 I herniated the first disc above my tailbone, the pain got so bad that I couldn't walk, sit, drive, sleep and the pain pills became ineffective. Dr. Walpert motivated my insurance company to expedite an MRI, and Kimberly performed surgery mid December ... I walked out of recovery that same day! Everything she, her great staff and surgical team said would happen did happen. Book an appointment if your issues are related to her area of expertise and she will help you if she can... she will also be honest and tell you straight up if surgery won't help you and that it could actually make the problem worse. Unfortunately, I never received a response until much later. The only thing that seemed to happen promptly was collecting my copay. I've spent over $300 out of pocket, which is a significant amount for someone on a limited income. I do want to recognize the ladies at the front desk--they were always kind, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciated them. About two weeks later, the nurse finally called me back. She was very nice and professional and let me know that my vitamin D level was low and that a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. However, the doctor had already told me this two weeks earlier and said he would call in the prescription, so I was disappointed that it took that long for it to happen. My biggest concern is that my original problem still hasn't been addressed. I'm continuing to have a burning pain in my leg, and I still don't have any answers about what's causing it or what the next steps are. While I appreciate the kindness of the front office staff and the professionalism of the nurse when she finally contacted me, the delays in communication and lack of follow-up have been frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I think they just pick up a clip board and call names out. Also they don't answer the phones right away. Callers are forced to go thru a frustratingly slow and sloppy menu that often leads to voice mail - and then you end up calling again because they never seem to call back. I wish Dr Weaver would hire a practice manager and staff that respected appointment times and answered the phones!
