I had a great experience with Georgia Representative, Amos, switching my LLC renewal and Registered Agent services over to their company. They are saving me $185/year on EACH llc that I switched over from previous service (that's HALF the cost of previous company, Prime). Amos put the products I needed directly into my online cart was great at helping me to navigate their website, and he was able to answer all of my questions about the pros and cons of using a service vs. renewing directly with my state. Just booked the service today and one thing that sticks out is that the front end (sign up) pages work flawlessly. The backend is TERRIBLE. Documents wont open, the website crashes and I also cant download any documents. I've tried multiple browsers so it's definitely the website. Talk about buyers remorse...... read more

The provide my mailing address, phone number and website. when there is an issue, I call and speak directly with a person. That person handles my issue without transferring me. Their service frees my time up to concentrate on doing what we do. This company is horrible with their customer service. I hired them as a registered agent and received a letter that was posted late from Ga. I was told via phone and sent a letter that they do not accept mail from GA the county or the state and I would have to get another mailing service to do that. I could not get a refund when I hired them a few weeks prior. I called them, they were rude because the information uploaded was late and I mentioned it. also.... Their registered agent services is suppose to be $49 dollars annually. They sent me a invoice for $150 to renew. "We'll charge the $150.00 payment to your credit card on 01/06/2021." Although, they informed me they would not be taking any GA business mail from me. I thought that's what a registered agent does. At least, my other registered agents do. Here is the letter they wrote me: Thank you for reaching out to us. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. With our registered agent services, our address is only to be listed with the Georgia Secretary of State, Division of Corporations to accept Division of Corporations mail, or legal mail such as service of process should your LLC be sued. As our registered agent service is to be used for accepting Division of Corporations and legal service of process documents exclusively, we unfortunately treat those documents as a priority - meaning we upload all those documents first in high-priority. Documents such as those from the Georgia Department of Revenue and other entities that our address is not to be listed with unfortunately do not take priority, as they are unfortunately not what our services are meant to be used for. With regular mail documents we are sent, they are scanned and uploaded to the client portal after the state and service of process documents that we are sent are uploaded and the appropriate clients notified. We ask that you please remove our address from the Georgia Department of Revenue. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I would not use their services or recommend them to anyone. read more

I signed up for the $49 registered agent service and paid via credit card on 2/23/2021 with Georgia Registered Agent LLC.. The entity for which I needed service had registration with the Georgia SOS prepaid through 4/2022 so no annual registration was due to the Georgia SOS. I filed the change of registered agent the same day with the Georgia SOS for $20 by going to the GA SOS website...Then five days later, I received a subsequent charge to my card for $150 for annual registration with GA SOS on 2/27/21, which I did not authorize or even need since my annual registration with GA SOS was paid in advance through 4/2022. I've had to dispute this unauthorized charge with my bank and after all this hassle wish I would have stayed with CT Corporation. read more
