I visited Georgia Rug Gallery two weeks ago to look for a new rug to replace the one in my living room. I was so impressed with the huge inventory of rugs there in all styles, sizes, and designs. A very nice young gentlemen, Mirad, showed me around the store and pointed out different selections. I did not have much time so I decided to return with my husband to look more seriously for my purchase. Yesterday, I went back and was again assisted by Mirad. He was very knowledgeable about his inventory and helpful in suggesting which type rug might best suit my needs, even explaining the best way to care and clean the rugs. He answered the many questions I had and was very patient while I looked at many rugs and debated over colors, patterns, designs, etc. I made a choice I feel very satisfied with and he extended a very reasonable price for this quality rug. He even told me that when I bring the rug home next week, after having it scotch-guarded, if I'm not 100% satisfied with how it looks in my living room, that I can return it for another. I would recommend this store to anyone for not only its large selection of beautiful rugs but especially for the customer satisfaction. I plan to shop there again. read more

Was needing to purchase a set of rugs from a recent remodel for the company I work for. Had been to another retailer looking to make a purchase, however they were not able to make it happen. Saw the sign for GRG and decided to give them a try. I'm SO happy I did. Michael was most helpful. I actually saw a version of the rug I was going to buy at the other place. Michael looked at the samples of the wallpaper and carpet I brought in to match and showed me a much better match. He worked with me on pricing and the right carpet pad . Great selection, great prices. Went here for their fourth of July Sale and got one 8 x 11 for 79 dollars and another for 299. They gave us a package deal on coating and rug pads as well. Extremely satisfied , and would recommend to anyone. Very friendly staff that actually tries to help you find something you like. They even offered to let us take the rug home on trial. read more
