When I was discussing how I did not understand how they could do this the Rep. said loudly, "Well If you paid your bills on time, you wouldn't have this problem. " I had to later explain to my children what he meant by that. We used to own a business and they were so nice. Now that we are late they are so rude to us. Its like they measure our personal value by how well we make our payments. I managed to pay off a house and still pay all my payments but I am no longer treated with respect.

When i spoke to Cheyenne she kept me on hold to ask other employees and i am assuming to check the computer to verify. She then come back to me and stated as long as I came by and signed a form that i would not be charged the $96.41. I arrived around 12:45 Friday afternoon to sign said form and it took them about 10 mins to find the form and print it out. Again i verified i would not be charged and again it was stated no since I came in before midnight Friday at which i did! Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week and i get a email from my bank that my acct is overdrawn and so i call the company to ask why they pulled the money after i signed a form. And the office manager said it wasn't signed soon enough even though her staff assured me. So then i ask for them to cover my overdraft since they took money out they were not suppose to and she said no they will not do that. I the consumer did what i was suppose to per the staff on Friday yet they still took out money. So beware, insurance part was good but the staff is misleading for sure.
