When i spoke to Cheyenne she kept me on hold to ask other employees and i am assuming to check the computer to verify. She then come back to me and stated as long as I came by and signed a form that i would not be charged the $96.41. I arrived around 12:45 Friday afternoon to sign said form and it took them about 10 mins to find the form and print it out. Again i verified i would not be charged and again it was stated no since I came in before midnight Friday at which i did! Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week and i get a email from my bank that my acct is overdrawn and so i call the company to ask why they pulled the money after i signed a form. And the office manager said it wasn't signed soon enough even though her staff assured me. So then i ask for them to cover my overdraft since they took money out they were not suppose to and she said no they will not do that. I the consumer did what i was suppose to per the staff on Friday yet they still took out money. So beware, insurance part was good but the staff is misleading for sure.

It was very dangerous! He was weaving and tailgating so close that he definitely would have rear ended the cars in front of him. Traffic was really heavy, and we were all trying to get over and out of his way. We understand he was rushing to a call, but reckless driving is a danger to everyone in his path. Most businesses want to know if a driver is a liability. I called to let their dispatcher know about their driver. The man that answered yelled at me saying the driver was going to a call and to "Get the fuck out of the way!" Before I could respond he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and hateful. About 2 years ago I had took my pickup truck to them to get brakes put on. When I went in i had…read morepurchased the brakes myself and they told me that they were not the right ones. I asked them how much I had left on my brakes. They told me that I still had a little bit of time left before I would have to get new ones put on. I took my truck a week later to someone else and they let me see what my brakes looked like and come to find out Taylor Tires let me drive my truck without any brakes on the back and I had no brakes on passenger side. So the only brakes that I had was on drivers side and they were very very thin. How can you allow someone to drive off in their vehicle without any brakes. I could have been killed or injured. And I could have killed someone or injured someone if I had hit them. How can they sleep at night knowing that they did this. So please do not take your vehicle to this place for anything cos they will lie to you. I have to rate them so I can put my review on here but they dont even deserve 1 star
