I work unitl 4:30 and drove as fast as I could to the bank and for them to not help me due to I was 2 minutes late is totally uncalled for. I have banked with them for 30 plus years when it was BB&T and never had a problem with Customer Service but I can clearly see it has gone down hill. There was also a car in the second lane getting help. They didn't even ask me anything just yelled at me WERE CLOSED. How would they feel if that happen to them. All I wanted to do is deposit a check. I will be going there today to close my account and open a new one somewhere else

I put $1,500 down and within 5 days the car was delivered to me in LaFayette! Unfortunately that Camaro was totaled out due to an accident. So days after Bryan gave me a call asking me to come in and look around to see if something else was available, keep in mind ALL CARS COME WITH GAP INSURANCE, I had forgotten if I had purchased it or not, but it comes included. I'm now in another Camaro and a satisfied customer. I want to also say, Easy Auto does NOT set you up to fail, and to add to that, they even give a 3 year, 36,000 mile Engine and Transmission warranty which is very comprehensive. They're not giving a basic drivetrain warranty either, all components are covered including, and all the way to, drive shafts and rear differentials, which basic drive train warranty's only cover moving parts.

I had my credit union look at the deal and Easy Auto sold me a car that was worth $8,000 for the price of $14,600. After taxes and fees and trade in and everything, they wound up financing $16,800 for a $8,000 car. Even worse than that, they paired me with a lender who is going to make me end up paying over $25,000 over the life of the loan for a car that is not even worth a third of that amount. It gets even worse. I have had nothing but issues with the car since my wife and I bought it. And Easy Auto isn't there for us to do repairs on the vehicle or help with any of it. 3 months and 1 week since our purchase (a week after the 3 month warranty expired) the engine has completely failed and needs to be replaced in entirety. And all we were offered is another loan on top of the existing. Since we're a one-car family with two full-time jobs between us, this has made our lives impossible. If it wasn't for help from family and friends, this lemon we were sold would be the end of our livelihoods. The old saying is, "don't let them see you coming." Well, they saw us coming. And they bent us over a table. And this was when we were in a moment of need because after 5 years with the first car they sold us, we started having issues. Do yourselves a favor and get far away from this place. If they treat a return customer like this, I wouldn't expect much different to happen to you.

When i spoke to Cheyenne she kept me on hold to ask other employees and i am assuming to check the computer to verify. She then come back to me and stated as long as I came by and signed a form that i would not be charged the $96.41. I arrived around 12:45 Friday afternoon to sign said form and it took them about 10 mins to find the form and print it out. Again i verified i would not be charged and again it was stated no since I came in before midnight Friday at which i did! Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week and i get a email from my bank that my acct is overdrawn and so i call the company to ask why they pulled the money after i signed a form. And the office manager said it wasn't signed soon enough even though her staff assured me. So then i ask for them to cover my overdraft since they took money out they were not suppose to and she said no they will not do that. I the consumer did what i was suppose to per the staff on Friday yet they still took out money. So beware, insurance part was good but the staff is misleading for sure.
