What should have been an exam that was completely covered by insurance, turned into a $56 dollar bill from Willow Dentistry. Who even does a fluoride treatment for teenagers without asking first? When I arrived that afternoon, I waited an hour just to still not receive any service because the x-ray machine still wasn't working. They referred me out to a different dentist and asked if they said they could call me in a prescription for pain as I was leaving. I recieved a bill in the mail as they billed my insurance for "limited oral exam." They never examined my mouth and I never saw the doctor. Due to "calling in a prescription", they were able to bill my insurance after they wasted 2 days where I could have actually been receiving care by another dentist. I was never informed that my insurance would be billed for calling in a prescription.

I appreciate that they never seem to be bothered by my questions and love the time that they spend to explain a procedure. It's a little weird I know, butt one of my favorite things here is the amount of technology that they use to monitor and track the patients. Right by the dental chair, you can view a computer screen that shows your teeth, x-rays, stats, measurements, notes, and your horoscope (probably not but you get the idea). Seeing the health of your teeth so clearly would help to comfort even the most nervous patient. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you'll appreciate the services here!

My daughter in law, who works in the dental field, suggested I see Dr. Ketron. She took her time with me, explaining all my options, and costs, up front and we decided that this was the best course of action for me. Couldn't be happier with the results! All of the staff were so helpful and caring, and everyone did their best to insure that I was comfortable with both the procedure and my aftercare. She shows genuine compassion for each patient and gets to know them personally.
