I appreciate that they never seem to be bothered by my questions and love the time that they spend to explain a procedure. It's a little weird I know, butt one of my favorite things here is the amount of technology that they use to monitor and track the patients. Right by the dental chair, you can view a computer screen that shows your teeth, x-rays, stats, measurements, notes, and your horoscope (probably not but you get the idea). Seeing the health of your teeth so clearly would help to comfort even the most nervous patient. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you'll appreciate the services here!

They take me up front and i had been giving a price for the exam i was getting, then overcharged me for it, and they asked again what "membership" (idk if that was the exact word they used tbh, it was a pay monthly thing) anyway, i told them i'd pay monthly and the front desk lady went and got 2 more ladies just to tell me that i couldnt pay in cash for pay monthly and that i'd have to pay the whole thing up front, me being a kid at that time didnt know what to do so i gave them my money and never went back. I feel like i was taken advantage of, it being my first time at the dentist alone and them giving me false prices, and apparently not taking debit cards.

They treated me and my wife very poorly and handled everything poorly. Tooth pain is no joke but to them they get their payment and that's all they care about. Just an update he replied to me saying I scared the office girls when I never once spoke to any of them since this whole disaster started and I have call log to prove it, do you ? You messed up twice and the sad thing is neither time bothered you NONE of this had anything to do with the office it's all you and your poor handling of both situations. After years of dental struggles--including failed implants from a previous dentist in New Jersey, terrible insurance experiences, and periods without any coverage--I finally decided to pursue All-on-4 implants for both top and bottom arches. I was beyond ready to eat normally again after decades of frustration. Dr. Ioppolo handled the initial implant placement, but things didn't go perfectly--my bone turned out to be unusually spongy (something I didn't know was possible), and we hit a few bumps along the way. No one's fault, just biology. When challenges arose, including a later failure that required a new implant and revised top plate, Dr. Merrell stepped in and truly made all the difference. He held my hand--sometimes literally--through the emotional moments when I was upset, crying, and not at my best. I've never encountered a dentist with such genuine compassion, patience, and skill. He guided me every step of the way with kindness and expertise, turning what could have been a nightmare into a success story. The advancements in technology have been remarkable. I am one that received a notice from the collection agency of an outstanding bill. I contacted the…read moredental office and was advised that several letters went out including text messages... according to their computer. When I said I never got one bill she said several bills went out and also... text messages went out. I offered to show her my phone showing I never got a text. When I offered to show her my phone she simply restated that notices were provided. I pride myself on paying my bills on time and have never been late on a payment much less reported to collections. I stopped going to them for two reasons: one they didn't bother to tell me my insurance didn't take them and then the dentist I saw never once looked at me. He looked at the dental assistant and talked to her only as if I wasn't there. He offered nothing except to disagree with the dental assistant's assessment. I left that office seriously disappointed. Now, my only advice to anyone who goes there is. Be sure to find out what your bill is for anything.. because their computer will say otherwise and you have nothing to go on. As a note. Dr. Green retired.. I found that out when I came in for a cleaning/check up.
