I wanted to wait until the next day--I had just sold my brand-new 2025 Kia K4 GT to another dealership and was waiting on my check. But no, they wanted their money immediately. Life got busy, I never went back, and that $500 vanished into the dealership black hole. Until today. I open my mail and there it is--my refund check. Dated May 16, 2025. Received August 15, 2025. Three months for a piece of paper. The Pony Express would've laughed. The salesperson? Nice guy. Polite. No shade there. But the rest of this place? Needs a full tear-down and rebuild. Also, his definition of a few more minutes is roughly 2.5 hours FYI. # 2 - The finance director John Perara, is dishonest at best. When finishing I was concerned about the battery warranty, specifically. He said that the warranty was 3/36. Not true, so either he was selling added warranties while not knowing what the actual warranty was, or he was not truthful in his reply. # 3 - Because above mentioned finance director, did not type my address in correctly. I returned to the scene of the crime and explained my displeasure. On 03/14, Alex Berry asked if there was anything he could do to make it right. I said I wanted 2 years of oil changes, he then pulled his card and on the back wrote "2-yrs complementary Oil-Filter change, with 4 tire rotations and 2 details." Was told those coupons would be e mailed to me, but not have re-negged on the promise. # 4 - Was told that I would receive a Honda Satisfaction Survey, but it never came. I am guessing they had it stopped or sent to another e mail address. I have asked for it to be re-sent was told "that is weird", and they appreciate my wanting to give feedback but it cannot be resent (or sent in the first place). Take the drive to another dealership.

Labor rate is the same as the dealer which knows what fluids to put (you don't put ATF+4 on a Aisin Tranny on a Cummins) and they won't knock you upside the head.
