Let's just start by saying that I haven't been to the dentist in years until a friend referred me to Dr. Middleton. He was so nice and thorough when I first met him. He made me feel at ease and that was important to me. So he recommended some steps to get me on the right track with my teeth and honestly I didn't want to. I'm afraid of the metal scraping my teeth and my anxiety grew! That's because I had bad memories at the dentist. But let me just say....Rachel and Megan are the BEST dental hygienist ever!!! Rachel greeted me and she knew that I was nervous. She is the sweetest person!!! She was so gentle and made sure I was at ease and comfortable before she started. I didn't tighten up or squeeze the chair like before! I lay there and she talked to me step by step what she was doing and I didn't feel anxious at all. Next thing you know I was done!!! Then today I had another deep cleaning and this time it was Megan!!! She greeted me in the front and took my temperature before walking me to my chair! Before she started she to knew that I was nervous about my treatment today. What impressed me was that she had communicated with Rachel prior and knew ME! I didn't have to tell her about my sensitivity! She just knew! Megan took her time with me and made me feel at ease! The best part was the fact that she took her time to call later in the day to check up on me! What great service!!! I highly recommend this dental office!!! I figured since my mouth was in a world of pain daily that I was in for a horrible visit. I have not been to the dentist in years but i saw the good review so i figured ill give them a try, i am soo glad that i did, the whole staff is super nice. I did need alot of work done and Dr Middleton set up a action plan to cover everything. I have just started today and since my insurance runs out every july and a new year starts they are working very hard to move mountains to get me in asap so that i can get the most from my insurance. Start for Receptionist, this doesn't judge Mr.Middleton. Called to schedule an appointment as a first time patient. As soo i as i said that, the receptionist was rude like if she's never had someone called as a new patient in her life. After her being rude, i asked what the cost was for a first time patient for an exam + x rays like most Dentist have some sort of special to get new customers, and she just said our fee for everyone is $200 for the exam + x-rays. Hands down the best Dentist in the area. Dr. Middleton utilizes the latest technology and methods and makes sure that you are completely taken care of. Might cost a little more than other dentists (and I'm a cash patient!) but in my opinion it's completely worth it for the care and comfortable atmosphere. Never had an issue. Been going here since I was a kid.... broke most of my back teeth in a bicycle accident when I was little and they still give me no problems. The dental hygenists and the office staf are always friendly. This is going to sound really goofy, but they always have good snacks in the waiting area (they are going to clean your teeth anyway, mine as well get your moneys worth.) The Dentist is a very knowledgeable and funny guy. My wife was very scared of the dentist when she first started coming, but now because of of Dr. Middletons expertise she feels comfortable there. An overall amazing first experience. Warm and welcoming front office staff with a beautiful reception area that offered coffee and juice. Nan explained everything very thoroughly and professionally and left me with no questions unanswered. She even scheduled my appointment with a specialist I was recommended to see at another office. I have been a patient of Dr. Middleton's for several years now and have always had a positive experience! The office is clean and very presentable with complimentary refreshments and wifi available. Dr. Middleton and his staff are attentive, respectful, and kind, and have always provided me with excellent care. I have never been prescribed unnecessary treatment, and receive reminders for my bi-annual cleanings. My appointments are never rushed, and I'm always given plenty of time to ask any questions I might have. He also has an after hours line for emergencies, which I have (thankfully) only had to use once. Unfortunately for the both of us, I had some pain that escalated so I called him on the Fourth of July. He took my call, was able to reassure me that I was in no immediate danger, and advised a course of action to manage the pain until I was able to come into his office. Long story short, turns out my dental pain was caused by other health issues, and my traitorous tooth was in great condition. I won't be making the mistake of switching dentists again. It's a 30-40 minute drive on a good day, and I have friends who still live in that area, so hopefully my next trip won't be so unexpected! read more

But Dr. Middleton reassured me that him and his staff will take care of me and my teeth. They were right! I called in January to schedule a cleaning. Even after repeatedly asking for a specific person I was booked 5 weeks later. Upon arrival I was booked you guessed it with the wrong girl. Had to reschedule and wait another month. Had a few fillings to get done so I scheduled an appointment. Again almost 5 weeks later. Showed up today and they did not have the necessary supplies to complete my appointment. (Things that I have required for the last 20 years) I was told they were "unaware" and offered an appointment in 6 weeks. Sooo not feeling very confident in their office anymore. And it shouldn't take 5 months to get a cleaning and a few fillings . Beyond disappointed and looking for a new dentist. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Middleton's for nearly a year. His practice is impressive on many levels. I was looking for a dentist with modern equipment. He certainly did not disappoint. My lower teeth were cracked and broken. I have veneers on the upper front and wanted the bottom to look nice as well. The doctor brought in an expert dental technician who made ten crowns while the dr. Prepared my lower teeth. They turned out beautifully and are a perfect match to my top ones. All in one sitting which is what I preferred. I always hated the shot you get to numb your mouth because it was painful and pinching. The Dr. Has a computerized wand like instrument that delivers the anesthetic slowly and with almost no discomfort...actually painlessly. A great improvement over my experiences with other dentists. The staff is wonderful. The office is modern and beautiful. I just had another crown put in yesterday. They have a machine that makes them in the office and then they put it on ...all in one sitting! So if you want to come out of the dark ages like I did, you should make an appointment with Dr. Middleton. You will improve your life! read more

It had been about 2 years that I had gone to the dentist and finally my mom convinced me to go to Dr. Middleton. I am terrified of going to the dentist because I have a very low tolerance for pain. The first visit was a cleaning and X-rays and what not but once I went in for my fillings I was very nervous. I FELT NOTHING! No pain, nothing! And they have a tv(which you can't see because they're digging in your mouth) but they give you headphones to listen and keep you distracted. Overall, every visit I had was beyond smooth and pain-free. I am no longer nervous to go to my dentist as long as it's Dr. Middleton. And to top that off, the staff is all very friendly and make you feel very comfortable! read more

His staff are knowledgeable and courteous and they are very good at putting people at ease who don't like going to the dentist. Dr. Middleton is very knowledgeable and gentle and explains everything so that there are no questions regarding the care being given. He is excellent at dealing with both geriatric and non-geriatric patients and understandings that sometimes things have to be explained more than once and never gets upset when the same question is asked more than once.
