Dr Lidia and Dr Adria are absolutely the best! I've been going here for years and I am always pleased with them. They have the best customer service and are always so gentle with me. HIDDEN GEM ! after almost settling for " less than"at our last dentist & ongoing care for my granddaughter's dental.(having Medi-Cal) I thought we'd have to " just settle" with whatever. Everyone who works in this office, especially Dr. Lidia, are so friendly! This was my first time seeing a dentist since before COVID, and even though my teeth were in rough shape, there was no judgement, which I really appreciated! I've never fallen asleep while my cavities were getting filled before until I went here. They really go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable (i.e. explaining what each instrument/mouthpiece does and why she'll be using it, numbing a canker sore and being careful when operating near it, giving vaseline when your lips are chapped, willing to pause the procedure at any time if you're uncomfortable or just need a break, etc). I recommend this place to anyone who's scared of dentists or has had bad experiences before at other dental offices, this is the ONLY dentist I've ever seen who seems to really care about her patients and loves her job. read more

It's hard to find a good dentist, so I feel I got very lucky when I called to get a chipped tooth fixed and Dr. Cate took me on very short notice. She gave me a crown and filling on the same day and it was very stress free. She and her whole staff are great communicators and they do not upsell, which separates the good dentists from the bad ones. I really love this place! Dr. Lidia and Dr. Adria are both incredibly wonderful to have as well as they are fun, interesting, and cool to talk to. By the way, they have some cool stuff at their office. I even get to experience some of the pain I felt like before and the teeth polish they put on my teeth. Truth is that I am very pleased and happy with everything they've done for me . I have a special case being traumatized from past experience and had extreme fear of dentist. But everything change after the first procedure I had done in this clinic . Doctor , nurses and all team is fantastic. Great care and extreme dedication as well as care for patients and very well explained every step of the procedure. That make me very comfortable and after few visits all that fear I had for dentist is all gone . The staff here are extremely helpful! I hadn't been to the dentist in years and they were able to schedule me two weekends in a row. My dentist was Adria who was incredibly sweet and patient when I needed to take breaks to stretch. The office is clean and plays great music! Second time here to get my wisdom tooth removed. They did it in office so I didn't need to get referred out which saved me a ton of time. The whole procedure start to finish was no more than 1 hour. Extremely disappointed. Nice enough people but they are extremely unprofessional. I went in for a cavity and they recommended a root canal. Unfortunately it required approval which I said would be fine. After 3 weeks I ended up calling in to confirm if it was approved. They said it was, however due to the holidays they couldn't see me for 2 more weeks. Then as my appointment neared it was cancelled due to covid. At this point I have been living with a hollowed out tooth for 5 weeks in pain and have been told I have no option of getting treated until they possibly return in 2 more weeks. I also am in a very weird spot as I cannot get approved for this filling until they release the authorization by mail for me to see another dentist. I am completely stuck with no options for insurance unless I am willing to pay out of pocket. read more

Located by the plaza, there is plenty of free parking spots right in front! The office has a waiting room that takes no more than 10-15min to be attended. The rooms inside are nice and spacious. I love the actual doctor, but her front desk staff really dropped the ball. Scheduled our appointment for 3:30 then they had said 3:00 the day of the appointment. I got there at 3:20 and they weren't going to even take us back until 4:00. I had let the receptionist know that because I am driving from rancho I would need to have my children seen on the same day. Excellent staff and great Dentist! I went in as a new patient and I was treated great and my initial exam and cleaning was very thorough. I had to be referred out to have some very difficult wisdom extractions and Tina at the front desk was so helpful in calling the surgeon I needed to see and gather all the information I needed to prepare for the cost and visit. I've never been so happy with a dentistry like I was today. I really liked the dentist Lidia Marcinkowski and thought she did good work and was very nice until I got home and the tooth numbing wore off that's when I saw she had done the wrong tooth! She should have done the #3 tooth and did #4! When I called to tell her she said she did the one I pointed to! Shouldn't she have known by the xray? She's supposed to be the professional. My old dentist had told me I needed a crown on the bad tooth over a year ago! Yet here they grind down a perfectly good tooth! To make matters worse I had saved the money to have the work done on the bad tooth, now I'm out the money and still need a crown on the bad tooth! I am going in next week to have the permanent crown put on the good tooth she did. If she doesn't offer to cover fixing my bad tooth I may have to go to the better business bureau. If she would of had a mirror and showed me which tooth she was doing before she started this could of all been avoided. So this is a month later and I am changing my rating. The Dr. did do the right tooth for no charge and I was pleased with her work. I'm still dissapointed I have two crowns now , when I should only have one but they look nice instead of the big silver fillings that used to be there. I think she is a nice Doctor just double check before they start working on you. read more

These dentist were so great, I had 8 cavities because I haven't gone in ten years (I don't recommend doing). They fixed all of them and the way they worked on my teeth felt better than my last dentist. I had minimal pain after and I don't have to get dentures...yet. When I first went to see Dr. Marcinkowski, I had not seen a dentist in over ten years! I had 10 cavities, all my wisdom teeth and a receding gum line. Over a period of time, she filled all my cavities, and removed my wisdom teeth. I had a veneer put in to cover my gum line on one side of my two front teeth and another on the other side to make sure they looked even. They match my teeth perfectly, and look beautiful. She far exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Marcinkowski always made sure I was comfortable and pain free even after my wisdom teeth were pulled. I used to hate going to have my teeth checked (which is why I had not gone in so long) and now I love it. My teeth feel amazing and my smile has never looked better.
