Lucky for me, I knew something was terribly wrong, and then so we went immediately to the ER. The PNEUMONIA had set off SEVERE AFIB. My heart rate was 180 bpm for FIVE DAYS! EIGHT PEOPLE we're waiting on me in the ar trying to and they were working out those deep make sure I didn't die. Not ONE WORD from a Martinez!! I ended up with TWO CARDIOVERSIONS & have to wear a cardiovest for THREE MONTHS! I'm taking MANY DRUGS to let's try and keep my heart at a proper rhythm. I NOW HAVE HEART DAMAGE! If you can't do the plan for your own reasons, they DO NOT force you into it and offer you lower cost options. Everyone has been very friendly and assertive at their job, the front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the chiropractor actually asks you every week how you're feeling or if you have new pains. Tylenol, ice packs, Aspercream - nothing helped. By Monday morning, I had had little sleep for 3 nights with a constant throbbing in my shoulder. I call SW Shoulder Elbow and Hand Center and they were able to get me into a doctor that morning. I saw Dr Sameer Jain at the north Oracle office. He did a bunch of X-rays and discovered that my issue was not as dire as thought. After an injection in my shoulder, he sent me on my way with a follow up in 2 months to ensure the problem had resolved itself. I'm grateful to Dr Jain and the wonderful, thoughtful staff at this facility.

I have seen Dr. Endean for chronic shoulder pain and knee pain. I had a decompression surgery to…read morereduce impingement on my shoulder done many years ago, and was sure I was heading down this path again. After ordering an MRI and learning it was more of a tendonitis issue, Dr. Endean was supportive that I had visited a rolfer who loosened the muscle tightness surrounding my shoulder, and sent me for physical therapy to strengthen the muscles and tendons. I was very relieved and pleased that he didn't rush me into another surgery and didn't scoff at the fact I found relief in a non-pharmaceutical way. My shoulder is pain free now. My next issue was a knee injury, which felt like something drastic. Again, after tests showed my knee was structurally okay and I needed to do more self-care and rest, my trust in his judgement as a thorough doctor who wasn't an aggressive surgeon became even stronger. However, when surgery is needed, he would be my choice. He did surgery to repair a torn meniscus for my husband's knee, which went great. He walked from the surgical facility to the car and had no pain. Dr. Endean is an athlete himself and seems to understand well how to best approach an injury with the best resolution and the least invasive process. He also has a great sense of humor and good bedside manner. His staff is very good and I have never had to wait for long periods of time, so the office runs efficiently.

Thereafter, the call center operative said he/she would switch me to the "party" that makes the appointment. Once again, five plus minutes of "elevator music." After 15 minutes of this rigamarole, I quit without getting the appointment. So, I am seeking another doctor whose office staff is both receptive without quizzing me for 5 minutes with intrusive, already-on-file patient's personal information after "inviting" me to soak up minutes of "elevator music" piped from Manila (apparently) before switching me to the "party" that makes appointments after I get to "enjoy" more "elevator music!"!
