I had a sports injury recently and made…read morean appointment to get a diagnostic ultrasound and about a week before I was to get the test and see the doctor. They called me and said that particular doctor doesn't see anyone over 22 years old. Well I'm older! I literally went into the facility and made another appointment. They said they had no record of me, I was a previous patient for another injury two years prior. They said they would contact me and they never did. I called them more than once no return call I had a dentist appointment who was just around the corner and went in again And they said they didn't have anybody that could see me????????? I happen to be a medical professional myself, and have referred people there in the past, and they will not ever get another referral from me . Horrible.

He adjusted my exercises based on my pain level. The atmosphere was always pleasant & upbeat. At times 2 other staff members helped me with exercises, frequently saying "Looking good, Peter!" Front office staff was always welcoming and encouraging. I feel so good about my progress and my experience that I have spoken to friends, suggesting that Agility on Pima Street is a fantastic resource!

I was given a date & place to get X-rays they were forwarded to his office. Meeting him he immediately took all my fears away. He is so kind~ he reminded me of Dr. Welby on the TV show. Comforting, reassuring , professional, knowledgeable and KIND describes Dr.Meaney. He suggested a cortisone shot, I was skeptical but he was soooo right. It has been barely 3 hours ... He is certainly not a doctor who will 'fluff and puff' you. He told me on my first visit that he doesn't mince words and he tells it straight. I very much prefer that. He did an excellent job on my knee and I'm doing great in Rehab! Knee replacement is painful, no doubt about it - but that's going to be the case no matter who does the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Meaney - if I ever have to have any orthopedic surgery in the future I will definitely ask him to be my surgeon!

After surgery I was treated like an un-bathed vagrant begging for a cigarette (The Service). Soon after surgery, I had concerns regarding the level of pain and swelling. Repeated phone calls were unanswered, no response from my voice mails. When someone did finally respond I was treated with disrespect. One year after post operation, I'm still experiencing pain and discomfort. So, I called and managed to get through to a person. I requested a consultation to discuss the status of my recovery. I was promised a return phone call. That was a month ago. No response. This organization is a disgrace to our healthcare system. Their service after the sale consists of a lengthy computer-generated questionnaire that prods into your personal life with very little actual inquiry about the surgery results. This is not acceptable for me and should not be for you either.

Rude staff. Rude doctor. LISTEN TO THE REST THE REVIEWS - find a different doctor…read more I constantly had issues with, Laura (the manager) and I should have just found another PC - but I just thought "yeah they're rude, but I can deal with that because I can make appointments relatively fast". A mistake that's now cost me health, money and a lot of time. They didn't submit the proper documentation to my insurance on time - even though I called and asked multiple times - each time I was met with a rude tone, as if "we're not stupid - don't ask us again". Well, my insurance confirmed that the office ignored multiple phone calls and faxes trying to get it covered. They lied and wouldn't even try to help resolve the issue - then calling the company that she works for - they couldn't care less. They "looked into" my issues and found no problems. They wouldn't talk to my insurance or care to look at the evidence - they said "we talked with Dr Gallo's staff and everything was done properly". No, it wasn't and that's why I'm not liable for THEIR referrals - because they wouldn't submit it within the timeframe needed and lied about it. We choose professionals to do things like that because it's a complex deal understanding the processes and policies involved. They don't act professional and it's as if they enjoyed my issues - both Dr Gallo and Laura. I'm going to sue them because it's cost me months of treatment, a financial loss and countless hours of my life - not to mention the stress it's put on me. Run away - don't walk - this office is only interested in your money.

They never even inquired if I was okay.... wow!!! (Patient for more than 5 years) The staff are horribly rude, Renee has been nice and personable at most visits, but she can be rude paticularly when you ask her to work with other practitioners, except those that are her friends of course. She set up a referral with an equally as expensive doc, her friend, who was rude and incensitive! When I decided to go to another doc for a 2nd opinion, her office wouldn't share all of my medical information even though I'd signed the releases, but she shared all my info with her friend. The final straw was when I asked to pick up a copy of my full file and her admin told me nobody at the office could do this until Monday. Im like its just making copies and the staff becomes upset and says, "Ms. I'm working the front desk so I don't have time to do this and I don't deal with medical records..." I stayed with her for years because she really used to be great! She would spend time with patients, her staff were funny and warm. She, ironically now, helped stabilize my asthma and for that I am still grateful. But later when she opened her own practice and she and her staff became rude, inattentive and incensitive, I stayed because I really didn't have any health problems, she was close and i could get in quickly despite the snide comments about my health condition made in front of UA interns! But NO MORE! Im getting a new doctor who will provide asthma medications to asthmatics! She gets 2 stars because they get you in quickly and I know there's a good doctor inside her, though I have not seen the good one since she opened her own practice. Do yourself a favor, look at the google reviews and find another doctor.

Considering how many nerves come through your spine, it was worth a shot. They give you an X-RAY as well as practitioner consult before presenting you with a plan. If you can't do the plan for your own reasons, they DO NOT force you into it and offer you lower cost options. Everyone has been very friendly and assertive at their job, the front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the chiropractor actually asks you every week how you're feeling or if you have new pains. I still have a couple of weeks of treatment but I'm very happy I chose to come in. The stomach or gastric issues have somewhat subsided and my neck flexibility is getting better. Thanks team!

( oh boy...as I contemplate leaving , to return another day... the new doc called me back.) well heck there goes my escape plans lol. I was also in a ridiculous amount of pain. The Doc shook my hand, made eye contact......and then it was the adjustment. II felt almost instant relief upon adjustment , as in my low back pain was maybe a 2 out of 10, from a 6-7 out of ten. This new doc is a keeper!! He knows his stuff and has a very relaxing"table side" manner. 12 hours later, I still have no pain. Will update ! P.s Best part it is 29 dollars for an adjustment. Just 29 dollars!!!
